Gamma Promo Code

Gamma Discount Code Ireland: Annual Billing Saving and Promo Codes

If you're shopping from Ireland, a Gamma discount code is one of two ways to pay less. The other is annual billing on the official pricing page, which the page says saves up to 28% against monthly billing. A Gamma voucher code is issued by Gamma itself and goes into the promo code field at checkout. The annual price is visible before you sign up, whereas a code only works the first time you move from the Free plan to a paid one.

Before you rely on a Gamma discount code, check which plan and billing cycle it covers. According to the Gamma help centre, codes can't be used to upgrade from one paid plan to another, such as Plus to Pro. Only one code can be applied per purchase, and some codes are limited to particular plans or billing cycles. Certain discounts apply to the first billing cycle only.

The prices on the pricing page are per seat, and the page notes that tax may apply depending on where you are. Compare the order summary at checkout rather than the plan card. Gamma pricing.

How to Compare Gamma Promo Codes and Plan Prices

A Gamma discount can come from annual billing or from a promo code, and each one changes a different part of the price.

• Start by comparing the monthly and annual price of the same plan. Plus is $12 per seat per month billed monthly or $9 billed annually ($108 per seat a year). Pro is $25 billed monthly or $18 billed annually ($216 per seat a year).
• Look at the top plan on its own. Ultra is $100 per seat per month billed monthly or $90 billed annually ($1,080 per seat a year), which is a smaller annual saving than Plus or Pro.
• Then check the monthly credit allowance. Plus includes 1,500 credits, Pro 4,000 and Ultra 20,000, while the Free plan gives you 400 credits at signup.
• Use the order summary at checkout, after any code and tax, as your point of comparison.

That tells you which Gamma offer has the lowest real cost for the number of decks, docs and sites you plan to create.

What to Check Before You Subscribe to Gamma

A Gamma plan is a recurring subscription, so the code, seat, cancellation and refund terms matter as much as the first price.

• Promo code eligibility: a code can only be redeemed the first time you move from the Free plan to a paid plan, and codes are case sensitive.
• Seats: on the individual paid plans (Plus, Pro, Ultra), each additional seat is charged once a member accepts an invitation.
• Cancellation: go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and the help centre advises cancelling at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Refunds: Gamma gives refunds only within the first 3 days of subscribing to a paid plan, and only below a credit usage threshold for that plan. You need to request one through Customer Support.

Read the Gamma refund policy before you pay.

Why a Gamma Promo Code May Not Work

A Gamma promo code can be genuine and still not apply, because each code is tied to its own plan, timing and account status.

• You already have a paid plan. Codes only work on the first move from the Free plan to a paid plan, not on upgrades between paid plans.
• The code is for a different plan or billing cycle. The help centre says some codes apply only to specific plans or billing cycles.
• The code has expired or has already been redeemed.
• The code was typed in a different case. Gamma promo codes are case sensitive, so copy and paste it.
• You tried to add a second code. Only one promo code can be used per purchase.

If the discount doesn't appear in the order summary, don't complete the purchase. To add a code to an active subscription, contact Gamma support.

Gamma Discount Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Try Gamma on the Free plan first with the 400 signup credits, then choose a paid plan based on the monthly credits you'll actually use. If you plan to stay for a year, annual billing is the steady saving, up to 28% on Pro. If you have a Gamma voucher code, use it on your first upgrade from the Free plan, since it can't be added later at checkout, and confirm the discount in the order summary before you click Subscribe.
