Gamma Promo Code

Gamma Discount Code UK: Annual Billing Savings and Promo Terms

Savings on Gamma come from two routes. The first is annual billing on the official pricing page, which the page says can save up to 28% against monthly billing. The second is a Gamma discount code issued by Gamma itself, which you enter in the promo code field at checkout. UK shoppers see the annual price before signing up, whereas a code only applies the first time you move from the Free plan to a paid plan.

Before relying on a Gamma voucher code, check which plan and billing cycle it covers. The Gamma help centre states that codes can't be used to upgrade between paid plans, such as Plus to Pro, that you can use only one code per purchase, and that some codes are limited to particular plans or billing cycles. Some discounts apply to the first billing cycle only.

The pricing page quotes prices per seat and notes that tax may apply depending on where you are. Rather than relying on the plan card, compare the order summary at checkout. Gamma pricing.

How to Compare Gamma Promo Codes and Plan Prices

A Gamma discount can come from annual billing or from a promo code, and each one reduces a different part of the price.

• Start by comparing the monthly and annual price of the same plan. Plus costs $12 per seat per month on monthly billing or $9 on annual billing ($108 per seat a year). Pro costs $25 monthly or $18 annually ($216 per seat a year).
• Look at the top plan on its own. Ultra costs $100 per seat per month billed monthly or $90 billed annually ($1,080 per seat a year), so the annual saving is smaller than on Plus or Pro.
• Then check the monthly credit allowance. Plus includes 1,500 credits, Pro 4,000 and Ultra 20,000, while the Free plan gives you 400 credits at signup.
• Use the order summary at checkout, after any code and tax, as your point of comparison.

That figure shows which Gamma offer gives the lowest real cost for the number of decks, docs and sites you plan to create.

What to Check Before a Gamma Subscription

A Gamma plan is a recurring subscription, so the terms on codes, seats, cancellation and refunds matter as much as the first price you pay.

• Code eligibility: a code can be redeemed only when you move from the Free plan to a paid plan for the first time, and codes are case sensitive.
• Seats: on the individual paid plans (Plus, Pro, Ultra), you are charged for each extra seat once a member accepts an invitation.
• Cancellation: go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and the help centre advises cancelling at least 30 days before the renewal date so you aren't charged for the next period.
• Refunds: Gamma gives refunds only within the first 3 days of subscribing to a paid plan, and only if you are under the credit usage threshold for that plan. You need to request one through Customer Support.

Read the Gamma refund policy before you pay.

Why a Gamma Promo Code May Not Work

A Gamma promo code can be genuine and still fail to apply, because each one is tied to a specific plan, timing and account status.

• You already have a paid plan. Codes work only on the first move from the Free plan to a paid plan, not on upgrades between paid plans.
• The code belongs to a different plan or billing cycle. The help centre says some codes apply only to particular plans or billing cycles.
• The code has expired or has already been redeemed.
• The code was typed in a different case. Gamma promo codes are case sensitive, so copy and paste it.
• You tried to add a second code. You can use only one promo code per purchase.

If the discount doesn't show in the order summary, don't complete the purchase. To add a code to an active subscription, contact Gamma support.

Gamma Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start on the Free plan with the 400 signup credits, then choose a paid plan based on the monthly credits you'll really use. If you expect to keep Gamma for a year, annual billing gives the steady saving, up to 28% on Pro. If you hold a Gamma promo code, apply it on your first upgrade from the Free plan, as it can't be added later at checkout, and confirm the discount in the order summary before you click Subscribe.
