Kinship Promo Code Canada: First Order Code & Sale Prices

Looking for a Kinship promo code in Canada? Kinship (kinship.jp) is a Tokyo-based luxury marketplace selling new designer pieces from Loro Piana, The Row, Goyard, Maison Margiela, Lemaire, Alaia, Miu Miu, Brunello Cucinelli, Canada Goose and other houses, all sourced from established retail partners, mostly in Japan. Canadian shoppers can save with a first order code entered at checkout, marked-down sale pieces and seasonal sale events.

Check the sale price in your bag before you apply a code. Sale pieces already show a "You save" line, and in our test a first order code took another 10% off that sale price at checkout. Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Orders above $300 USD ship free worldwide by express courier, while smaller orders pay a $25 shipping fee. Customs duties and taxes are prepaid, so nothing is due when the parcel arrives. Kinship shipping policy.

How to Compare Kinship Promo Codes and Sale Prices

Savings at Kinship come from three places: a sale markdown, a checkout code or free express shipping.

• In our November 2026 checkout test, Loro Piana Summer Walk loafers listed at $1,375 were on sale for $894. A 10% first order code then brought the total down to $804.60.
• During the Black Friday sale, the store banner advertises 35% off selected pieces. The discount appears as a "You save 35%" line on the product page and in the bag.
• Subscribing to the Kinship newsletter gets you 10% off a first order.
• Free global express shipping begins at $300, a threshold most designer orders reach without trying.

On the checkout page, compare the Total and Total Savings lines.

What to Check Before a Kinship Order

Kinship is a marketplace, so delivery times and returns differ a little from what you'd get at a single-brand store.

• Before dispatch, every piece is inspected by an independent third-party authenticator, then checked again by Kinship's own quality-control team at its Hong Kong inspection hub.
• Delivery averages 5 to 10 business days. Harder-to-find pieces can take longer, since they're secured from a partner after you order. If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
• Kinship doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, and a few destinations, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Mexico and Thailand, are excluded.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, and purchases made for resale are final sale.

Items arrive in the brand's original packaging with the tags still attached. Kinship return and refund policy.

How to Redeem a Kinship Promo Code

Follow these steps to redeem a Kinship promo code.

① On the product page, pick your size and tap "ADD TO BAG".

② Tap the bag icon, which now shows your item count, to open Your Bag.

③ In Your Bag, tap "PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT". There's no code field in the bag, so you'll enter the code on the checkout page.

④ Open the Order summary, type the code into the "Discount code" field and tap "Apply".

⑤ The applied code shows up as a tag under the field, and the item price updates.

⑥ Check the Total and the Total Savings line before you continue.

Once the code is applied, make sure the discount shows in your order total before you complete checkout.

Why a Kinship Promo Code May Not Work

A Kinship coupon code can be valid and still take nothing off a particular order.

• It's a first order code, and the email address has already been used for an order.
• It belonged to a seasonal campaign that has since ended.
• It was typed into the bag page rather than the Discount code field at checkout.
• It was entered with a different spelling or an extra space.
• Another discount code is already applied to the order.

If a code still won't apply, you can reach Kinship's support team at contact@kinship.jp.

Kinship Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

The first order code stacked on a sale price in our test, so the best Kinship deal for Canadian shoppers is a marked-down piece from the sale section plus the 10% code at checkout. Keep your order above $300 to get free express shipping. Duties are already included, so the checkout total is the full price you pay.
