Why Your Trip.com Promo Code Isn't Working

Trip.com promo codes may stop working due to specific restrictions or conditions, such as:

• Selected flights or hotels are excluded from the discount
• Minimum booking value has not been met
• Trip.com promo code is valid only on the app or specific listings

Trip.com Rewards

Trip.com offers a rewards system that lets users save more over time.

• Earn Trip Coins on eligible bookings.
• Redeem rewards for discounts on future trips.
• Access member-only deals after creating a free account.
• Whether Trip Coins or other rewards can be combined with another offer depends on the booking and promotion terms.

Check the final booking summary to confirm which benefits are applied.

Trip.com Promo Code Offers for New Users

If you are booking with Trip. com for the first time, the new-user coupons are usually the strongest discounts available. Most of them are claimed with one click and saved to your account rather than typed in by hand.

Many Trip. com coupons are app-only, so compare the price in the app with the price on the website before you pay.

• Hotels: 10% off your first hotel booking and 5% off your second, both capped. Claim them, then redeem them from the My Promo Codes page.
• Flights: up to USD 15 off your first flight with code TRIPFLIGHT26.
• Car rentals: up to 8% off for new users with code TRIPCAR8.
• Attractions and tours: up to 5% off your first booking after you register.

Trip.com Promo Code and Trip.com Rewards Tiers

Trip. com Rewards has six tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Diamond+ and Black Diamond. A booking counts toward an upgrade only once the trip is completed.

• Gold requires 3 eligible bookings. Platinum requires 8 eligible bookings with a minimum of USD 1,000, and Diamond requires USD 10,000 in spending. Diamond+ is by invitation.
• Higher tiers earn more Trip Coins, from 20% more at Gold up to 200% more at Black Diamond.
• Trip Coins work like cash on prepaid hotels, flights, trains, car rentals, attractions and airport transfers.
• Upper tiers add perks such as airport lounge access, global eSIM data and a flight-hotel cancellation guarantee.

Trip.com Canada: Compare App, Member and Booking-Specific Prices

Trip.com prices and promotions can differ by hotel, flight, destination, account and booking channel. For Canadian travellers, compare the exact same itinerary or room after any eligible promo code with the app or member price, then review taxes, fees and cancellation conditions. Use the final payable total rather than the advertised percentage alone.
