Kinship Promo Code

Looking for a Kinship promo code? Kinship (kinship.jp) is a Tokyo-based luxury marketplace that sells new designer pieces from Loro Piana, The Row, Goyard, Maison Margiela, Lemaire, Alaia, Miu Miu, Brunello Cucinelli, Canada Goose and other houses, sourced from established retail partners primarily in Japan. Savings come from a first order code entered at checkout, marked-down sale pieces and seasonal sale events.

Before applying a code, check the sale price in your bag. Sale pieces already show a "You save" line, and in our test a first order code took a further 10% off that sale price at checkout. Prices can be shown in U.S. dollars, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Orders above $300 USD ship free worldwide by express courier, and smaller orders pay a $25 shipping fee. Customs duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Kinship shipping policy.

How to Compare Kinship Promo Codes and Sale Prices

A Kinship saving can come from a sale markdown, a checkout code or free express shipping.

• In our November 2026 checkout test, Loro Piana Summer Walk loafers listed at $1,375 were on sale for $894, and a 10% first order code lowered the total to $804.60.
• During the Black Friday sale, the store banner advertises 35% off selected pieces, shown as a "You save 35%" line on the product and in the bag.
• Signing up for the Kinship newsletter offers 10% off a first order.
• Free global express shipping starts at $300, which most designer orders pass on their own.

The Total and Total Savings lines on the checkout page are the numbers to compare.

What to Check Before a Kinship Order

Kinship works as a marketplace, so delivery time and returns work a little differently from a single brand store.

• Every piece is checked by an independent third-party authenticator and again by Kinship's own quality-control team at its Hong Kong inspection hub before dispatch.
• Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days on average, and harder-to-find pieces can take longer because they are secured from a partner after you order. An unshipped order can be cancelled at any time for a full refund.
• Kinship does not ship to P.O. boxes, and some destinations such as mainland China, Hong Kong, Mexico and Thailand are excluded.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, and purchases for resale are final sale.

Orders arrive in the brand's original packaging with the original tags attached. Kinship return and refund policy.

How to Redeem a Kinship Promo Code

To redeem a Kinship promo code, follow the steps below.

① On the product page, choose your size, then tap "ADD TO BAG".

② Tap the bag icon, which now shows your item count, to open Your Bag.

③ In Your Bag, tap "PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT". Kinship has no code field in the bag, so the code is entered on the checkout page.

④ Open the Order summary, type the code in the "Discount code" field, then tap "Apply".

⑤ The applied code appears as a tag under the field, and the item price is updated.

⑥ Check the Total and the Total Savings line before you continue.

After applying the code, confirm that the discount appears in the order total before completing checkout.

Why a Kinship Promo Code May Not Work

A Kinship code can be valid and still give no saving on a specific order.

• The code is a first order code and the email address has already placed an order.
• The code belonged to a seasonal campaign that has ended.
• The code was typed into the bag page instead of the Discount code field on the checkout page.
• The code was typed with a different spelling or an extra space.
• Another discount code is already applied to the order.

If a code still does not apply, Kinship's support team can be reached at contact@kinship.jp.

Kinship Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Because the first order code applied on top of a sale price in our test, the best Kinship deal is a marked-down piece from the sale section plus the 10% code at checkout. Keep the order above $300 to get free express shipping, and remember that duties are already included, so the checkout total is the full landed price.
