Harrods Promo Code Canada: Sale Prices & Coupon Code Tips

Harrods is the London luxury department store selling designer fashion, handbags, shoes, beauty, fine jewellery and homewares online. A Harrods promo code is hard to come by, so Canadian shoppers will usually save more through the Sale, which takes up to 60% off womenswear, and through category promotions such as 20% off selected shoes. The price shown at checkout for Canada may differ from the US and UK sites, so always go by the Total in your own basket.

Before you hunt for a code, see whether the item is already marked down. Sale items show the original price beside the reduced one, like a Jimmy Choo top-handle bag at $1,123.52 against $1,295. Your bag lists a Savings line and a Continue to Checkout button, and any code goes in during checkout.

Delivery charges, delivery times and any duties or taxes for Canadian orders are set by Harrods, so check the delivery information on the Harrods site for Canada before you pay.

How to Compare Harrods Coupon Codes and Sale Prices

At Harrods, the sale price is usually the bigger saving.

• Start in the Sale section, where womenswear is marked down by up to 60%.
• Watch the site banner for category promotions, such as 20% off selected shoes.
• Compare totals with the delivery charge included, since it is added to the order.
• Check whether duties and taxes are already in the total or added later.

The Total line in your bag is the figure to compare.

What to Check Before a Harrods Order

Look at the return window first, since it is shorter than at many Canadian retailers.

• You have 14 days from delivery to send an order back through the free online returns portal.
• The original delivery charge is not refunded when you return an order.
• Online orders can't be exchanged, so return the item and place a new order instead.
• Some items can't be returned, as set out in Section 11 of the Harrods Terms & Conditions.

International returns can take up to 7 business days to reach the warehouse and be processed.

Why a Harrods Coupon Code May Not Work

A Harrods code can be valid and still fail on your order, for a few reasons.

• The code was issued for the UK site and doesn't apply to the storefront you're shopping from in Canada.
• The item is already reduced in the Sale and is excluded from the code.
• The brand or category is excluded from the promotion.
• The code has expired, or it was meant for a specific Harrods Rewards tier.
• The code was mistyped or has an extra space.

If a code still fails, contact Harrods Customer Services before you complete the order.

Begin with the Sale and the category promotions in the site banner, where designer pieces are already marked down, and join Harrods Rewards to earn points on your order. Compare the Total in your bag, including the delivery charge and any duties or taxes shown for Canada, and keep the 14-day return window in mind before you buy.
