Harrods Discount Code UK: Sale Prices and Promotions

Harrods is the London luxury department store, selling designer fashion, handbags, shoes, beauty, fine jewellery and home online. A Harrods discount code is hard to come by, so UK shoppers mostly save through the Sale, which takes up to 60% off womenswear, and through offers on selected categories, such as 20% off selected shoes.

Before you rely on a code, check whether the item is already reduced. Sale prices show the original price beside the new one, and the basket has a Savings line and a Continue to Checkout button. If you do have a Harrods voucher code, you enter it during checkout.

Delivery charges and any duties or taxes vary by destination, so check the Harrods delivery information page for what applies to your UK order.

How to Compare Harrods Discount Codes and Sale Prices

At Harrods, the sale price is usually the bigger saving.

• Start with the Sale section, where womenswear is reduced by up to 60%.
• Watch the site banner for category offers, such as 20% off selected shoes.
• Compare final totals with any delivery charge included, as it applies to the order.
• Check what the basket says about duties and taxes before you pay.

The Total line in the basket is the figure to compare.

What to Check Before a Harrods Order

Look at the return window first, as it may be shorter than you are used to.

• You have 14 days from delivery to send an order back through the free online returns portal.
• Original delivery charges are not refunded when you return an order.
• Online orders cannot be exchanged, so return the item and place a new order instead.
• Some items cannot be returned, as set out in Section 11 of the Harrods Terms & Conditions.

Returns from overseas can take up to 7 business days to reach the warehouse and be processed.

Why a Harrods Discount Code May Not Work

A Harrods code can be valid and still fail on your order, for a few reasons.

• The code was issued for a different country's site and does not apply to your order.
• The item is already reduced in the Sale and is excluded from the code.
• The brand or category is excluded from the promotion.
• The code has expired, or it was meant for a specific Harrods Rewards tier.
• The code was entered with a typo or an extra space.

If a code still fails, contact Harrods Customer Services before you complete the order.

Harrods Discount Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start with the Sale and the category offers in the site banner, where designer pieces are already reduced, and join Harrods Rewards to earn points on your order. Compare the Total in your basket, with any delivery charge and duties included, and keep the 14-day return window in mind before you buy.
