GANNI Promo Code

GANNI Promo Code

Canadian orders from GANNI are processed with Global-e, the brand's international e-commerce partner, so you see prices in Canadian dollars and provincial tax is collected at checkout. That setup also means delivery and payment questions are handled on Global-e's side rather than by the Copenhagen team.

As for savings, the sale section currently has selected styles at up to 50% off, and newsletter subscribers can claim 15% off their first purchase on items carrying the "Enjoy 15% off your first order" note. No other public code is advertised on the Canadian store.

Shipping is a single express courier service by air that takes three to four business days and costs C$20, with no charge once the order is above C$390.

GANNI Promo Code vs Sale Prices in Canada

Think of the two offers as separate lanes. The sale lane covers pieces that are already reduced, many of them by half, and some of them are final sale and cannot be returned. The welcome lane is the 15% first-order offer, which only works on full-price styles showing the first-order message and cannot be layered on top of sales or other deals.

• Buying one full-price bag or dress? Sign up and use the 15% first-order offer.
• Eyeing a beret or knit that already shows -50%? The sale price is your discount.
• Close to C$390? Adding one more piece removes the C$20 courier fee.
• Unsure about fit? Avoid final sale pieces, since they cannot be sent back.

Compare the subtotal and the final amount at checkout, where tax and shipping are added.

Before You Check Out With a GANNI Promo Code

Global-e changes a few practical details for Canadian shoppers compared with GANNI's European stores.

• Express courier (air) costs C$20 and takes three to four business days, free above C$390.
• Provincial tax is calculated and collected as part of checkout.
• You can send items back within 14 days of receiving them by logging into the returns portal with your order number and email.
• A C$20 return fee applies, and refunds can take up to 21 business days to reach your original payment method.
• When you return an order, the refund covers the items plus duties and taxes paid at checkout.
• Final sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Payment options are presented by Global-e at checkout, and its help centre answers payment queries.

Newsletter Offer Alongside a GANNI Promo Code

The sign-up form in the footer of the Canadian site is the only official route to an extra discount. Once you join and agree to marketing emails, GANNI sends a coupon worth 15% off your first purchase, and you also receive early notice of collection launches and events.

That coupon cannot be used on gift cards and cannot sit alongside sale prices or other promotions. It is a one-time welcome gesture, so save it for a full-price piece you really want rather than spending it on a small accessory.

How to Redeem a GANNI Promo Code

On the Canadian store you enter the code in the cart, then Global-e takes over at checkout.

① Select a size where needed and click "Add to cart".

② Click the bag icon at the top of the page to open Your cart.

③ Click "Use promo code" below the item list.

④ Enter the code in the Promo code field and click "Apply".

⑤ Make sure the discount shows against the subtotal, then click "Proceed to checkout" to add shipping and tax.

Shipping and provincial tax are added on the Global-e checkout page, so the final figure appears there.

Why a GANNI Promo Code May Not Work

These are the usual reasons a code is refused on GANNI's Canadian site.

• The product is part of the sale, and the welcome coupon excludes reduced items.
• The style lacks the first-order message, so it falls outside the welcome offer.
• You are attempting to combine the welcome offer with a second promotion.
• The email used at checkout has already placed a GANNI order.
• The code was issued for a different country store.

For order or product questions, contact customerservice@ganni.com; for shipping and payment issues, use Global-e's customer service linked from the GANNI help pages.

GANNI Promo Code Plan for Canadian Orders

Begin with the sale section, because 50% off a knit or accessory beats any welcome offer. If what you want is full price, join the newsletter and keep the 15% coupon for that one piece. Try to reach C$390 so the C$20 courier charge disappears, but do not pad the cart with final sale items you might regret, since those cannot be returned. Remember that a return costs C$20, so check sizing guides first. Finally, compare the total on the Global-e checkout page, where shipping and provincial tax are already included.
