GANNI Promo Code

GANNI's Singapore store runs through Global-e, an international e-commerce partner that handles checkout, payment and delivery for local orders. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars, so there is no currency conversion to work out.

Two offers are currently worth knowing about. The sale has a curated range of pieces reduced by up to 50%, and joining GANNI's mailing list gets you 15% off a first purchase on styles labelled "Enjoy 15% off your first order". Apart from those, the Singapore site does not advertise any public code.

Shipping is by express courier (air), arriving in three to four business days for S$15.

Choosing Between a GANNI Promo Code and Sale Pieces

On the Singapore store, the sale and the welcome offer never overlap. A wool beret marked down by 50% is already half price, and the 15% first-order deal will not reduce it further because GANNI excludes sales and other promotions from that offer.

Where the welcome deal shines is a full-price buy such as a Bou Bag or a printed tee, as long as the product page shows the first-order message. A rough rule: if an item carries a -50% tag, take the sale price; if it is full price and you are new to GANNI, take the 15%.

Checking Delivery and Returns Before Using a GANNI Promo Code

Because Global-e runs the Singapore checkout, a few details differ from GANNI's European webshops.

• Express courier (air) delivery costs S$15 and takes three to four business days.
• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Start a return by logging into the returns portal with your order number and email address.
• A return fee of S$19 is charged.
• Refunds can take up to 21 business days to reach your original payment method.
• Payment methods are shown on the Global-e checkout page, and Global-e's help centre answers payment and delivery questions.

With an S$19 return fee, it pays to check the size guide before ordering.

How the Newsletter Unlocks a GANNI Promo Code

Look for the sign-up field in the site footer. Add your email address, agree to marketing emails and GANNI sends a coupon for 15% off your first purchase. You will also hear about launches, new arrivals and events.

The coupon applies to selected full-price styles only. It cannot be used to buy gift cards, and it will not combine with other offers, so use it on the one piece you most want at full price.

How to Redeem a GANNI Promo Code

The Singapore cart has a code field, and shipping is added afterwards on the Global-e checkout.

① Pick a size if required and select "Add to cart".

② Open the bag icon at the top to reach Your cart.

③ Select "Use promo code" under your items.

④ Key in the code in the Promo code box and press "Apply".

⑤ Check the reduced subtotal, then press "Proceed to checkout" to complete delivery and payment.

Delivery is added on the checkout page, so confirm the final amount there before paying.

Why a GANNI Promo Code May Not Work

If the Singapore cart rejects a code, check these points first.

• The item is already discounted in the sale.
• The product does not show the first-order message, so the welcome coupon does not cover it.
• You have bought from GANNI before with the same email address.
• You are combining the welcome offer with another promotion.
• The code belongs to a different GANNI country site.

GANNI Promo Code Tactics for Singapore

Start in the sale, because half-price knits and accessories are the deepest discount the Singapore store offers. For a full-price favourite, sign up to the newsletter and use the 15% welcome offer on that piece alone. Budget S$15 for express courier delivery, and factor in the S$19 return fee if you are unsure about size. Avoid mixing sale and full-price items in the order where you plan to use the welcome offer, since it will only apply to eligible full-price styles. Always check the final amount on the Global-e checkout page before you pay.
