Mytheresa Promo Code

Mytheresa Promo Code

Mytheresa may offer first-order or welcome promo code promotions for new customers during selected campaigns. The discount amount, eligibility and code requirements can change. Check the current verified Mytheresa offers and terms before ordering.

Mytheresa discount codes can have campaign-specific conditions such as minimum spend, product eligibility, customer status or brand exclusions. Sale-item eligibility also varies by offer, so review the terms of the specific code before applying it.

Some Mytheresa promo codes may apply to selected sale items when the individual offer terms allow it. Only one promo code can be used per order. The best deals often appear during major sale periods, where discounts are applied automatically across selected designer items.

Mytheresa includes Singapore taxes and handling fees in its item prices. Delivery is handled by DHL Express: shipping costs SG$25.00 (2 to 4 business days) and is free on orders over SG$800, so compare the final checkout total after applying an eligible code. Why Your Mytheresa Promo Code Isn't Working

A Mytheresa promo code may fail because of campaign-specific restrictions such as product eligibility, minimum spend, customer status or brand exclusions. Check the terms attached to the specific offer before trying the code again.

• Code has expired or the promotion has ended
• Selected items are excluded from the offer
• Minimum purchase requirement not met
• Only one Mytheresa promo code can be used per order. Some promo codes may still apply to selected sale items when the offer terms allow it

Mytheresa Promo Code for Your First Order in Singapore

New customers in Singapore can use code FIRST10 for 10% off their first order when they spend over SG$750. The offer covers selected items only, so check that the discount appears next to each piece in your shopping bag before paying.

Mytheresa Promo Code Orders: Returns from Singapore

You can return any purchase, including reduced items, within 30 days of receipt. Start the return in the Mytheresa returns portal with your order number and email address, and you will receive a printable label and a QR code.

Pack everything in the original packaging, then drop the parcel at a DHL service point that accepts QR codes or book a pick-up with DHL Express using the waybill number on your label.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, boxes and dust bags included.
• Only one prepaid label or QR code is issued per order, so return all items in the same parcel.
• Returns must be sent from Singapore if that is where the order was delivered; otherwise import and shipping fees are charged to you.
• Refunds go to the original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit. Shipping, insurance and handling fees are not refunded.

Singapore Shopping Note

Mytheresa often combines private-sale or seasonal markdowns with selected promo-code campaigns. For Singapore orders, compare the exact designer item after code application and review brand exclusions, sale eligibility and duties/taxes shown at checkout.
