The Ordinary Discount Code

The Ordinary Discount Code

The Ordinary's standing offer for UK shoppers is a 10% welcome discount. First-time customers who create an account and sign up for emails on The Ordinary's website receive a one-time-use discount code that can be used in store or online towards their next purchase. The offer runs until 31 March 2027, is limited to one redemption per customer, and is open to customers living in countries DECIEM currently ships to, which includes the United Kingdom.

Before you use a The Ordinary discount code, check what it leaves out. The welcome offer excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, and it cannot be combined with other promotional discount offers. Because The Ordinary's prices are already low, the delivery threshold and return terms often matter as much as the code itself.

The Ordinary UK Delivery: Cost, Courier and Timing

UK orders are shipped from The Ordinary's local office in the UK and priced in pounds.

• Delivery is free on orders over £25. Below that, a £4.99 delivery fee applies.
• UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 days.
• The Ordinary states that shipping is carbon neutral on all orders.
• For Christmas delivery, the brand's holiday table lists 17 December as the last order date for the United Kingdom.

After applying a code, check the delivery line in your basket to see whether delivery is still free. If your order is just under £25, a small top-up item can cost less than the £4.99 fee.

The Ordinary 365-Day Returns in the UK

The Ordinary's long returns window lowers the risk of trying a new formula with a discount.

• You can return any unwanted products that are at least 50% full within 365 days of the date of purchase.
• DECIEM does not provide or cover the cost of return labels, so you pay the return postage.
• DECIEM also does not cover the cost of return tracking.

If you are unsure whether a serum or treatment suits your skin, the 50% rule gives you time to test it, but keep the receipt or order confirmation and factor in your own postage cost when comparing offers.

The Ordinary Campaigns and the UK In-Store Consultation Offer

Apart from the welcome offer, savings at The Ordinary come in short campaigns and in-store offers.

• At select standalone stores, including in the UK, you get 10% off your purchase after an in-store consultation. The offer runs during store hours from 26 February 2026 to 26 February 2027.
• Online campaigns are time-limited. A free shipping promotion that included the United Kingdom ended on 19 October 2026, and the brand's 10th anniversary offer ended in September 2026.
• Each campaign has its own terms, so read the promotional offer terms on The Ordinary's UK site before relying on a code you have seen elsewhere.

If you live near a standalone store, the consultation offer can be a good alternative once you have used your one-time welcome code.

Why a The Ordinary Discount Code May Not Work

A code from The Ordinary can be valid but still fail on a specific order because campaign terms are often narrower than the headline offer.

• The promotion period has ended or has not yet started.
• The code is a one-time welcome offer tied to another account or has already been used.
• Another promotion is already applied, and the welcome offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
• The code was issued for The Ordinary's site in another country.

Confirm the discount on your exact basket before payment, rather than assuming a code works on every order.
