Jo Malone London Discount Code

Jo Malone London Discount Code

A Jo Malone London discount code in the UK usually comes from one of three places: the welcome offer for new email subscribers, a birthday code linked to your account, or a time-limited campaign listed on the Complimentary Benefits page of jomalone.co.uk. Signing up to emails gives new subscribers 10% off their first order with a unique code.

Jo Malone London rarely reduces individual fragrances, so most savings arrive as a percentage off, a complimentary gift with purchase or a free service such as engraving or delivery. Each offer has its own minimum spend, exclusions and end date, and several of them cannot be combined.

Before you check out, decide which offer is worth more for your basket. A 10% welcome discount, a gift with purchase and free delivery each suit a different order size, and only the terms of the specific offer tell you whether it applies.

Jo Malone London Welcome Offer and Birthday Gift

The two personal offers on jomalone.co.uk are tied to your email subscription and your account.

• Welcome offer: New email subscribers receive a unique code for 10% off their first order, used at checkout.
• The welcome discount excludes gift vouchers, e-gift vouchers, new product launches, limited-edition products, 9ml colognes, discovery collections and charity candles.
• The welcome code is valid for a month after your subscription date, and it cannot be used with any other promotion or gift with purchase.
• Birthday gift: Add your birthday to your account profile to receive a unique code for a complimentary Pomegranate Noir Cologne 9ml when you spend £70.
• The birthday offer is valid for 30 days and available online at jomalone.co.uk only.

Because the welcome code expires a month after you sign up, it makes sense to subscribe when you are ready to place your first order rather than weeks in advance.

Current Jo Malone London Offers in the UK

At the time of writing, the Complimentary Benefits page lists several UK offers that run until 11:59pm on 31 October 2026.

• Code GIFT: Use code GIFT at checkout to receive a complimentary Scented Trio & Tartan Pouch when you spend £150, while stocks last. E-gift cards, engraving and delivery charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.
• Home fragrance offer: Receive an exclusive 15% off when you buy any two full-size home products. Exclusions apply.
• Candle delivery: Complimentary standard delivery on every Classic Candle 200g purchase.
• Engraving: Complimentary engraving on all engravable 100ml Colognes, one per order. Engraved items cannot be returned.

These campaign offers change regularly, so check the end date on the Complimentary Benefits page before you build your basket around one of them.

Jo Malone London UK Delivery Options

Delivery charges on jomalone.co.uk depend on the service you choose and your order value.

• Standard Delivery costs £5, or is free on orders over £70, and arrives within 3-5 working days.
• Next Day Delivery (Monday to Thursday) costs £8, or is free on orders over £170.
• Named Day Delivery costs £8, or is free on orders over £170.
• Saturday Delivery costs £10.50.
• Click & Collect via UPS costs £3.95, or is free on orders over £70.
• Allow two additional days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas.

If your basket sits just under £70, a discount code can lower it further below the free delivery threshold, so compare the total including delivery before you apply a code.

Returns and Payment Options

Jo Malone London's UK returns policy is simple, but it has a few rules that matter for discounted orders.

• You can return an online order for free within 30 days.
• Exchanges are not offered, so you return the item and place a new order instead.
• Allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for the refund to be processed.
• Engraved items cannot be returned.
• Klarna is available at checkout, and the returns policy also refers to orders paid by PayPal and Clearpay.
• Online orders paid by PayPal, Clearpay or Klarna cannot be returned in store.

Choose your payment method with returns in mind, especially if you might want to take an item back to a boutique.

Why a Jo Malone London Discount Code May Not Work

Most failed codes are explained by the offer terms on the Complimentary Benefits page.

• The welcome code is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or gift with purchase.
• Your bag contains excluded items, such as new launches, limited editions, 9ml colognes, discovery collections, charity candles or gift vouchers.
• The code has expired. Welcome codes last a month after subscribing, birthday codes 30 days, and campaign codes end on a set date.
• Your bag does not reach the minimum spend, for example £150 for code GIFT or £70 for the birthday gift.
• The birthday offer is used outside jomalone.co.uk, where it is not available.

Read the terms of the specific offer and check the order summary before you pay.
