PetMeds Coupon

Looking for a PetMeds coupon? PetMeds offers coupon codes for your first AutoShip order, including a larger discount on select prescription medications, plus 5% off ongoing AutoShip orders and free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders. The cart lists available coupons that match your items.

Before applying a coupon, check whether it is limited to a first AutoShip order or to select items. Prescription items need approval from your veterinarian before they ship, and some coupons apply only when the item is set to AutoShip rather than Buy Once.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $49 and usually takes 3-5 business days; orders under $49 pay $6.99. Free shipping excludes refrigerated items. PetMeds shipping rates.

How to Compare PetMeds Coupons and Sale Prices

PetMeds savings can come from a first AutoShip coupon, the ongoing AutoShip discount or reward points.

• Compare the AutoShip price with the Buy Once price on the product page.
• Check which coupon the cart offers for your item, since first AutoShip coupons differ by product.
• Add shipping if the order is under $49, or if it contains refrigerated items.
• Confirm the Est. Total in the cart after the coupon applies.

The cart's Est. Total is the most reliable comparison point.

What to Check Before a PetMeds Order

Pet medication orders have a few steps that can delay delivery or change the total.

• Prescription items need authorization from your pet's veterinarian, which can take 1-2 days.
• Orders with prescription medication may take 5-7 days, depending on how quickly your vet responds.
• Priority shipping costs $8.99 on orders over $49, and Overnight costs $24.99.
• PetMeds does not ship internationally, except to AFO and APO addresses.

Check these details before you pay so the order arrives when your pet needs it.

Why a PetMeds Coupon May Not Work

PetMeds coupons are usually tied to AutoShip and to specific products, so a valid code can still fail for a particular cart.

• The coupon is for a first AutoShip order, and the item is set to Buy Once.
• The coupon covers select items or prescription medications only.
• The account already used its first AutoShip discount.
• The promotion has ended, since seasonal coupons change through the year.
• Another coupon is already applied to the cart.

Check the cart's coupon list, which shows the offers available for your items.

PetMeds Coupon Savings with AutoShip and Rewards

AutoShip and the PetMeds Rewards Program add savings on top of a first order coupon.

• AutoShip gives 5% off all ongoing AutoShip orders, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
• Delivery frequency can be set from every week to every 12 months on the product page.
• PetMeds Rewards points are added within 5 business days after an order ships and are valid for 1 year.
• Points can only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed for cash. PetMeds Rewards Program.

PetMeds Coupon & Sale-Item Strategy

PetMeds first AutoShip coupons give the largest single discount, so set up AutoShip on the item you reorder most and apply the coupon the cart lists for it. After the first order, the ongoing 5% AutoShip discount and reward points keep lowering the cost, and keeping the order above $49 avoids the standard shipping fee.
