Chewy Promo Code

Chewy Promo Code

Looking for a Chewy promo code? Chewy savings come in a few forms: promo codes entered at checkout, 35% off your first Autoship order of eligible items, 50% off a first prescription Autoship order from Chewy Pharmacy, and the Deals pages with marked-down food, treats and supplies. New customers also see a free $25 eGift card offer on orders of $49 or more.

Before you enter a code, check its terms on Chewy or in the email where you received it, since some codes are limited to members or to select items. The 35% Autoship discount covers Autoship-eligible items only and has a maximum savings amount.

Orders of $49 or more ship standard for free, and first-time orders over $35 get free 1-3 day delivery. Returns are accepted within 365 days of purchase with free return shipping. Chewy return policy.

How to Compare Chewy Promo Codes and Sale Prices

Chewy prices differ between a one-time purchase and Autoship, so compare totals rather than percentages.

• Check the product page, where Buy once shows the current price next to the crossed-out list price.
• Compare it with the Autoship price, which takes 35% off the first order and 5% off later orders of eligible items.
• Bring a one-time order to $49 for free standard shipping, since smaller orders pay a flat $4.95.
• Check Today's Deals before applying a code, because many items are already marked down.

The Order Summary at checkout shows the real total after shipping and estimated tax.

What to Check Before a Chewy Order

A few Chewy rules decide what you can return and where an order can ship.

• Returns are accepted within 365 days of purchase, including opened pet food and litter.
• Prescription items are returned by contacting Chewy Pharmacy, not through the regular return flow.
• If you return only part of an order, the shipping charges are not refunded.
• Chewy.com ships within the U.S., and Canadian orders go through Chewy.com/ca, which delivers to parts of Southern Ontario.

Chewy gift cards cannot be returned once activated, so check the cart before you check out.

How to Redeem a Chewy Promo Code

Chewy has no promo field in the cart, and the Add Promo Code box appears at checkout, so follow the steps below.

① On the product page, select "Buy once" and tap "Add to Cart".

② In the Added to Cart window, tap "Cart".

③ In the cart, tap "Proceed to Checkout".

④ Sign in or continue as a guest, then enter the code in the "Add Promo Code" box and tap "Apply".

⑤ Review Items, shipping and the Order Total in the Order Summary.

⑥ Tap "Place Order" to finish.

Check the Order Total in the Order Summary before you place the order.

Why a Chewy Promo Code May Not Work

Chewy codes come with their own terms, so a valid code can still fail.

• Some codes are limited to select items, such as pharmacy products or a single brand.
• Some codes are for members only and need a signed-in Chewy account.
• New customer offers need a first order and a minimum spend, such as $49 for the eGift card offer.
• The Autoship discount covers Autoship-eligible items only and has a maximum savings amount.
• Chewy does not offer senior or military discounts, so codes for those groups will not work.

If a code does not apply, compare the Autoship price and Today's Deals instead.

Chewy Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start with the Autoship price, since 35% off the first Autoship order is the biggest regular saving on eligible items, and keep one-time orders at $49 or more for free standard shipping. Use a promo code only where its terms fit your cart, such as pharmacy items, and check Today's Deals before you check out.
