OUAI Discount Code

OUAI Discount Code

Looking for an OUAI discount code? OUAI's own offers include 15% off a first order for new email or SMS subscribers, a 20% student discount and 10% off with Subscribe & Save, and partner codes such as the OUAI x Barry's code are entered at checkout.

Check the exclusions before applying a code. OUAI says discount codes cannot be applied to subscription purchases, bundles, merch items or gift cards, and cannot be combined with other promotions. The first-order discount also excludes kits and Laurel Canyon Eau de Parfum.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more in the continental U.S. Orders under $50 pay $9.95, and orders to Hawaii and Alaska pay $9.95 at any order size. OUAI shipping rates.

How to Compare OUAI Discount Codes and Sale Prices

Since codes skip kits and bundles, the best OUAI price depends on what you buy.

• Kits carry their own reduced prices, such as the Hair Repair Kit listed at $45 instead of $62.
• Subscribe & Save takes 10% off, and recurring subscription orders always ship free.
• Students save 20% after verifying a .edu email address.
• An order of $50 or more gets free standard shipping in the continental U.S.

Compare a code on single products with the kit price before you check out.

What to Check Before an OUAI Order

A few OUAI policies affect where and how you can order.

• OUAI ships directly only within the United States and the United Kingdom.
• Aerosols and fragrances cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase from theouai.com, and gift cards, samples and gift-with-purchase items are final sale.
• OUAI products bought from Sephora, Ulta or Amazon must be returned to that retailer.

Checking these points first avoids a blocked order or a return you cannot make.

How to Redeem an OUAI Discount Code

To redeem an OUAI discount code or gift card, follow the steps below.

① On the product page, choose a size and tap "ADD TO CART".

② In the cart, tap "CHECKOUT".

③ At checkout, tap "ORDER SUMMARY" to open your order details.

④ Enter your code in "Discount code or gift card" and tap "APPLY".

⑤ The applied code appears as a tag under the discount field.

⑥ Check the Order discount line and the Total before paying.

Check the total before checkout, because a code that does not apply leaves the total unchanged.

Why an OUAI Discount Code May Not Work

OUAI's own help center lists the main limits on codes.

• The item is a subscription, bundle, merch item or gift card, which discount codes do not cover.
• Another promo code or offer is already in use, and OUAI codes cannot be combined.
• The first-order or student code was already used, since each is valid for one use.
• The order is placed through Instagram Shop, Shop App or TikTok Shop instead of theouai.com.
• The cart holds kits or Laurel Canyon Eau de Parfum, which the first-order discount excludes.

If a code fails, compare the kit prices and Subscribe & Save instead.

OUAI Discount Code & Sale-Item Strategy

For single products, a code at checkout or the 15% first-order offer gives the clearest saving, while kits and bundles already carry reduced prices that codes do not stack with. Regular buyers can use Subscribe & Save for 10% off with free shipping, and students get 20% off after verification. Keep the order at $50 or more for free standard shipping.
