Kiehl's Promo Code

Looking for a Kiehl's promo code? Kiehls.com combines promo codes with recurring offers: free ground shipping above a set order value, complimentary samples, a 10% Auto Replenishment discount, gifts with select purchases and short buy-one-get-one events.

Before applying a code, check whether the products in your bag qualify. Certain promotions cannot be combined, and gift-with-purchase offers exclude charitable items, gift cards, spa and barber services, tax and shipping from the qualifying amount.

Ground shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and generally takes 3 to 6 business days after 1 to 4 days of processing; below that, ground shipping costs $8. Kiehls.com does not ship outside the U.S. or to Puerto Rico. Kiehl's shipping and returns.

How to Compare Kiehl's Promo Codes and Sale Prices

Kiehl's savings can come from a code, a gift with purchase, a bundle or a subscription, so compare them on the same bag.

• Compare a percentage code with the Auto Replenishment discount of 10% on every order.
• Check whether a gift with purchase is worth more to you than a percentage off.
• Look at online exclusive bundles on the offers page, which are already priced as sets.
• Keep the subtotal at $50 or more so ground shipping stays free.

The ESTIMATED TOTAL in the bag shows which offer gives the lower price.

What to Check Before a Kiehl's Order

A few Kiehl's policies affect the final cost of an order.

• Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes from your account's order history.
• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO and PO boxes take 10 to 14 business days.
• Choosing in-store pickup removes any gift with purchase from the online order.
• Final sale items, engraved items, promotional gifts and e-gift cards cannot be returned.

Check these before you apply a code so the total reflects how you will receive the order.

Why a Kiehl's Promo Code May Not Work

Kiehl's shows "is not applicable" when a code does not fit the bag. Common reasons:

• The code is limited to rewards members and you are not signed in.
• The code covers select items and none of them are in the bag.
• The code was for an earlier month or event and has expired.
• Another promotion is already applied and the two cannot be combined.
• The bag includes items such as gift cards or services that do not count toward the offer.

Sign in or adjust the bag, then apply the code again.

Kiehl's Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Kiehl's rotates short events such as buy-one-get-one on select favorites and gifts with select purchases alongside its promo codes, and certain promotions cannot be combined. When an event and a code both apply to your bag, test each one and keep the lower ESTIMATED TOTAL. For products you use every month, Auto Replenishment's 10% off may beat a one-time code.
