THE OUTNET Promo Code

Looking for a THE OUTNET promo code? THE OUTNET may offer first-order or new-customer promotions during selected campaigns. Discount amounts, eligible products, account requirements and exclusions can change, so check the current verified offers and terms before ordering.

THE OUTNET already uses outlet pricing across much of its assortment. Compare any eligible voucher code with the current outlet or sale price and use the final UAE checkout total to determine the better offer.

Why Your THE OUTNET Promo Code Isn't Working

THE OUTNET promo codes may not work due to specific restrictions or conditions.

• THE OUTNET discount code is unavailable or has expired
• Selected designer items are excluded from promotions
• The selected product, brand or order does not meet the current promotion requirements
• The code may have combination restrictions under the specific promotion terms

THE OUTNET Promo Code Offers for UAE Shoppers

Two welcome offers are open to shoppers on the UAE site. The app offer gives 10% off a first order placed through THE OUTNET App with the code APP10, with no minimum spend. Signing up to the newsletter unlocks a separate 10% code for a first order, also with no minimum spend.

Both offers exclude Just In, Bestsellers and Sale or Clearance pieces in menswear and womenswear. Each code works once per person, cannot be combined with another promotion or used on gift cards, and has no cash alternative. On clearance items, the outlet price is usually the only reduction available.

THE OUTNET Promo Code Savings With OUTNET REWARDS

OUTNET REWARDS is an invite-only loyalty programme. UAE customers who spend over AED 8,000 within 12 months are invited to become VIP members, and those spending over AED 16,000 in the same period are invited to the Platinum tier.

• VIP members get 20% off during their birthday week and invitations to members-only site-wide promotions and free shipping events.
• VIPs also gain access to The VIP Edit, a private selection chosen by the buying team.
• Platinum members receive an extra 10% off all year, applied automatically at checkout, though promotions, Just In, exclusive offers, Sale and Private Sale are excluded.
• Platinum perks also include a one-time 20% birthday-week discount and 20% off a first purchase made through the Rewards Customer Care team.

THE OUTNET Promo Code Orders: UAE Delivery, Customs and Returns

Prices on the UAE site are shown in AED, and the delivery options, costs and estimated arrival dates for your address appear at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.

For customs purposes, the local courier (DHL) may contact you by phone or SMS before delivery. If customs requires it, you will be asked for your Emirates ID number and its validity date, or your passport number and expiry date. Exotic skins and some fine jewellery cannot be shipped to certain destinations, and the product page shows a message when this applies.

You can request a return within 28 days of receiving your order through your account or the Create A Return option. Using the nominated courier and pre-printed label means you pay nothing upfront, but the return fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges for another size carry no return fee, original delivery costs are not refunded, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

THE OUTNET: Compare Outlet Pricing With Any Extra Promo Code

THE OUTNET already discounts much of its designer assortment before any promo code is applied. Compare the current outlet price with any eligible extra code, check brand and product exclusions plus combination rules, and use the final UAE checkout total to determine which option gives the better value.
