FWRD Promo Code

FWRD Promo Code

Looking for a FWRD promo code? FWRD may offer first-purchase, email, account, SMS or other promotions during selected campaigns. Discount value, designer exclusions and eligibility can change, so review the current offer terms before ordering.

A FWRD promo code may include customer, designer, product, sale-status, minimum-spend or redemption-period restrictions. Review the terms attached to the specific offer before using it.

FWRD also runs seasonal sales, private promotions and limited-time offers. Sale-item eligibility and combination rules depend on the individual promotion, so compare any eligible code with the current sale price and use the final checkout total as the comparison point.

Why Your FWRD Promo Code Isn't Working

FWRD discount codes may stop working for a number of reasons. Here are the most common ones:

• The FWRD promo code has expired or is not valid for this order
• Selected designer items excluded from promotions
• Minimum purchase requirement not met
• Combination rules and sale-item eligibility depend on the specific FWRD promotion.

FWRD Promo Code Orders Delivered to the UAE

FWRD ships from the United States to the UAE using DHL Express. The shipping charge for your address appears at checkout, and FWRD may split an order into separate shipments depending on where each piece is held.

International packages may be subject to duties and taxes, and you are responsible for any import, customs and tax charges that apply in the UAE. The duty-free limit is set by local customs, so check it before ordering high-value designer pieces with a code.

• Some international orders are processed by a third-party payment partner, so the charge on your card can look different from a domestic order.
• Your card may be pre-authorised to confirm funds, and FWRD will contact you if the order is put on hold.

Designer Restrictions That Affect a FWRD Promo Code

Some designers ask FWRD not to sell certain products in particular countries. If an item in your bag cannot ship to the UAE, you are told at checkout, and you cannot complete the order until it is removed.

Some beauty and lifestyle products are also restricted because of customs rules or carrier limits. Check that every item in your bag can ship to the UAE before you judge how much a code saves on the whole order.

FWRD Promo Code Purchases and Returns From the UAE

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their original tags, within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shoe boxes count as part of the product and need to come back undamaged with the shoes.

If you want a different size, contact customer service by phone or email and ask them to hold the new size while your return is on its way.

• Pieces marked Final Sale cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit.
• Report damaged or defective items to customer service within 60 days of purchase.
• Try swimwear and lingerie on over underwear and keep the protective strip in place.

FWRD Promo Code Options on the App and Email

FWRD's iPad app has its own first-purchase saving: 15% off your first in-app order with a dedicated app code, subject to restrictions. If you shop mostly on a tablet, compare that with any other voucher you have before checking out.

The site also shows a 'Get 10% off' sign-up prompt, and the discount terms page lists which designers and items are excluded from that saving.

FWRD: Compare Designer Sale Prices, Promo Codes and UAE Final Cost

FWRD promotions can vary by designer, product, sale status and customer eligibility. Compare any active code with the current sale price, review brand exclusions, and include shipping, duties and taxes shown for the UAE when comparing the final checkout total.
