How to Compare Xmind Promo Codes and Plan Prices

An Xmind discount comes from the billing cycle and, for schools, from the education plan, so compare the same plan each way.

• Pro is US $10.00 per month billed monthly or US $4.92 per month billed yearly.
• Premium is US $15.00 per month billed monthly or US $8.25 per month billed yearly.
• With the education discount, Pro is US $3.42 and Premium US $5.75 per month on yearly billing.
• Check the features: Pro allows up to 50 online maps with basic collaboration, while Premium adds unlimited collaborative maps, real-time collaboration, Gantt charts and 30-day version history.

This shows which Xmind plan gives the lowest real cost for the way you plan to use it.

What to Check Before an Xmind Subscription

An Xmind plan renews automatically, so the trial, refund and eligibility terms matter as much as the first price.

• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
• Refunds: Pro or Premium Yearly bought on the Xmind website can be refunded in full within 7 days by sending your order number or account email to support@xmind.com. Monthly plans and the AI Credits Add-on are not refunded.
• Education: students, educators and academic staff at accredited universities, colleges and K-12 schools qualify after sending proof such as a dated student or faculty ID card. The discount lasts one year and can be renewed with updated proof.
• Payment: Xmind processes cards through Stripe and also accepts PayPal or bank transfer when needed.

Why an Xmind Promo Code May Not Work

An Xmind offer can be real and still not show up, because each one is tied to a billing cycle or an eligibility check.

• You chose monthly billing. The discounted Pro and Premium prices belong to yearly billing.
• You expected a free trial on a monthly plan. Free trials are only available for yearly subscriptions.
• Your education status is not verified yet. The education price needs approved proof of enrollment or employment.
• Your education discount expired. It is valid for one year and needs a new application with updated proof.
• You bought through another platform. Xmind recommends upgrading on the same platform where you bought the Pro Plan.

Check the plan card and the total due before you pay, rather than assuming a discount will appear later.

Xmind Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

The biggest Xmind saving is yearly billing, which takes Pro from US $10.00 to US $4.92 per month and Premium from US $15.00 to US $8.25, and is the only cycle with a free trial and a refund window. If you study or teach, apply for the education plan first, since it is cheaper than the standard yearly price. If you only need Xmind for a short project, the monthly plan avoids paying for a full year, but it cannot be refunded.
