• Check the plan level. At the same list size Pro is $59 per month billed monthly, or $41.30 per month with $123.90 paid today instead of $177 for 3 months upfront.
• Check the length of the discount. The codes and the upfront offer all cover the first three months, and the plan then bills monthly at the regular price.
• Check your contact count, because Omnisend moves your pricing tier automatically each billing cycle based on billable contacts, which include subscribers and non-subscribers.

What to Check Before an Omnisend Subscription

An Omnisend plan is a recurring subscription, so the billing, tier and refund terms matter as much as the first price.

• Free plan limits: the Free plan includes all features but sends up to 500 emails per month to up to 250 contacts, with no credit card required.
• Upfront offer: the 30% upfront discount can be used once, during your first upgrade to a paid plan, and billing returns to the regular monthly price after the three months.
• Payment: Omnisend accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Discover, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay cards are not supported.
• Refunds: the refund policy says charges are non-refundable, with exceptions such as an unused account, a cancellation that failed to take effect, or a system malfunction. You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle starts.

② The Standard card then shows the upfront price, for example $11.20/mo and "Total of: $48.00 $33.60 today -30%" for 251 to 500 contacts, with "After 3 months, you will be billed monthly" below it.

③ Tap "Sign up" on the plan card you want.

④ Create a free account with "Sign up with Shopify", "Sign up with Google" or "Sign up with Email". No credit card is needed for this step.

⑤ In your account, go to Store settings → Pricing and usage, click "View our plans" and select the plan you want to upgrade to.

Why an Omnisend Discount Code May Not Work

An Omnisend offer can be real and still not apply to your account, because each one has its own audience, timing and plan.

• The code came from a third-party coupon site. Omnisend's discount page says codes listed on third-party coupon sites are not valid.
• The offer has ended. The Black Friday code is valid through December 1, 2026.
• You are already on a paid plan. The codes are for new customers and users on the Free plan, and the upfront discount applies only to your first upgrade to a paid plan.
• You are stacking offers. The Black Friday code cannot be combined with other promotions.
• You picked the Free plan. The discounts apply to the Standard and Pro plans only.
