Volcanica Coffee Discount Code

Volcanica Coffee Discount Code

Volcanica Coffee is a specialty roaster based near Atlanta, Georgia, that sources single-origin, estate, peaberry, decaf and flavored coffees from volcanic growing regions such as Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sumatra, Kona and the Jamaican Blue Mountains. Coffee is roasted on demand and shipped from the roastery in Suwanee, so a Volcanica Coffee Discount Code or sale price applies to freshly roasted beans rather than shelf stock.

A Volcanica Coffee Discount Code is entered at checkout and takes a percentage off your order, but it is far from the only way to save. The brand runs its own built-in offers: 20% off the first Subscribe & Save order with 10% off every delivery after that, 10% off your first one-time purchase when you join the email list, free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more, and periodic clearance pricing on selected single-origin lots.

Below you will find the current offers, a comparison of codes versus built-in savings, the shipping and return rules worth checking before you pay, and step-by-step instructions for redeeming a code.

Codes, Subscriptions or Clearance: Which Saves the Most?

Volcanica accepts only one discount code per order, so it pays to compare your options before you check out. For a single bag bought once, a percentage code or the 10% welcome offer from the email list is usually the simplest route. If you drink the same coffee regularly, Subscribe & Save tends to beat most codes: the first order is 20% off, every later delivery is 10% off, and shipping is always free.

Clearance items are another strong option. The Promotions page has featured 40% off selected single-origin coffees from Burundi, Zambia and Colombia while stock lasts. Keep in mind that clearance items cannot be returned, so this route works best for origins you already know you like.

• One-time order under $60: a percentage code or the email welcome offer, plus the $6.95 flat-rate shipping.
• One-time order of $60 or more: free standard shipping is applied, so a code becomes pure savings on the coffee itself.
• Repeat buyer: Subscribe & Save with 20% off the first order, 10% off later orders and free shipping.
• Bulk buyer: the 5 lb bag option on many coffees is listed with a 5% saving built into the price.
• Adventurous buyer: clearance lots on the Promotions page, when available, at up to 40% off.

If a promo code from another source offers less than 20%, the subscription route will usually give you the bigger discount on a first order.

Shipping and Returns to Check Before You Order

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free on Subscribe & Save orders, Coffee Club boxes and orders of $60 or more. Every other domestic order ships at a $6.95 flat rate with UPS Ground or USPS, and faster Premium, 2nd Day and Next Day options are shown at checkout. Gift box shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories is priced by weight and is not covered by the free shipping offer.

Orders placed before noon Eastern on a business day are usually shipped the same day, while orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend go out on Monday. Volcanica also ships to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses, offers local pickup at the roastery in Suwanee, and ships internationally with customs fees paid by the recipient. Free shipping and the flat rate do not apply to Canada.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the package, but only for whole bean coffee. Ground coffee, Kopi Luwak coffees, special orders and clearance items are not eligible, and refunds are issued minus any shipping charges. The roaster asks customers to call or write first so the issue can be corrected or the item exchanged at no charge.

• Free standard shipping: $60+ orders, Subscribe & Save and Coffee Club.
• Flat rate: $6.95 on other domestic orders.
• Returns: 30 days, whole bean coffee only.
• Payment at checkout: major credit cards, Shop Pay (pay in full or in installments), PayPal and Google Pay.

Subscribe & Save, Coffee Club and Cash Back Rewards

Subscribe & Save is chosen right on the product page. You pick a coffee, size and grind, select Subscribe & Save instead of One-time purchase, and choose a delivery every 15 days, every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. You can skip, pause, change or cancel through your account or by emailing support@volcanicacoffee.com. The checkout page even offers an Upgrade & Save button that converts a one-time item into a subscription.

The Coffee Club is a separate monthly box plan with 3 coffees for $38 or 6 coffees for $75. Members choose from a rotating selection, get free shipping on every box and receive free barista-grade Minor Figures oat milk for life.

Both subscription types earn Cash Back Rewards. Orders 1 to 3 earn 3%, orders 4 to 7 earn 4%, and from the 8th order on you earn 5% on every order. The credit is stored in your account and can be applied to your next subscription order. Cash back is not earned on one-time purchases and is forfeited if you cancel before the next order processes.

How to Redeem a Volcanica Coffee Discount Code

To redeem a Volcanica Coffee Discount Code, follow the steps below.

① Open the coffee you want, choose the size, grind and quantity, then select Subscribe & Save or One-time purchase and add it to your cart.

② The cart drawer opens after you add the coffee (or click the cart icon in the top right corner); click "Checkout".

③ Enter your email or mobile number and your delivery address so shipping and taxes can be calculated.

④ Type your code into the "Discount code or gift card" field in the order summary and press Apply (on a phone, tap Add discount first to open the field).

⑤ Check that the discount line appears in the cost summary, choose your payment method and click Pay now.

Only one code can be used per order, so test your strongest code first and compare it with the built-in subscription discount.

Why a Volcanica Coffee Discount Code May Not Work

If checkout rejects your code, one of these reasons is usually behind it.

• The code has expired or was never valid; checkout then shows the message "Enter a valid discount code or gift card".
• Another code is already applied, and Volcanica allows only one discount code per order.
• The promo code is limited to a first order, a subscription order or a specific product, and your cart does not match.
• The items in your cart are already reduced, for example clearance coffees on the Promotions page.
• The code was a single-use welcome code sent to someone else's email address.
• There is a typo or extra space in the code; enter it exactly as shown.

Volcanica Coffee Discount Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start by deciding whether you are buying once or regularly, because that decides which offer wins. Regular drinkers should usually skip codes and choose Subscribe & Save, which takes 20% off the first order, 10% off every later delivery and removes shipping costs. For a one-time order, sign up for the email list to get 10% off, or use a working code, and try to reach $60 so shipping is free. Check the Promotions page before you pay, since clearance lots can be up to 40% off, but remember those items cannot be returned. Whole bean coffee keeps your return option open, as ground coffee is not eligible for return. Finally, test only your strongest code at checkout, because only one code can be applied per order.
