What to Check Before a Tonies Order

A few tonies policies matter before you order.

• Orders on us.tonies.com ship only to US addresses, not to Puerto Rico, Guam or other US territories.
• Unopened Tonies and accessories can be returned free within 30 days of purchase, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Toniebox Starter Sets and bundles bought on us.tonies.com can be returned for up to 100 days under the 100 Day Happiness Guarantee.
• Deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska can take more than 30 days from purchase.

Checking these points first avoids a blocked address or a missed return window.

Why a Tonies Discount Code May Not Work

Tonies' own terms explain most failed codes.

• An ID.me discount is already applied, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• The code is a referral code, which cannot be stacked with any other discount code or offer.
• The shipping address is outside the US, and discount offers are valid for US residents only.
• The free Creative Tonie offer needs two content items in the cart and covers only Creative Tonies in its collection.
• The code was mistyped or has expired.

If a code fails, compare Bundle & Save and Subscriptions instead.
