How to Compare Ninja Promo Codes and Sale Prices

Ninja codes are often limited to one item or to specific models, so compare the code against the sale price before you check out.

• Check the Sale & Offers pages first, where Ninja items show the reduced price, such as Bundle Savings and Customize & Save deals.
• Read the offer details for excluded models, since newer machines such as the Ninja Luxe Café Pro and Ninja AutoBarista are excluded from the email offer.
• Remember that the email and SMS offer covers one item in the cart only and cannot be combined with another coupon code.
• Keep the cart at $99 or more to remove the standard shipping charge.

The Estimated Total in the cart is the number that matters, not the advertised percentage.

What to Check Before a Ninja Order

A few SharkNinja terms decide where your order can ship and how a code behaves.

• Coupon offers on the offer details page cannot ship to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other territories outside the contiguous 48 states.
• Hawaii and Alaska orders carry a $100 surcharge and Puerto Rico and Guam orders a $175 surcharge, and sharkninja.com no longer ships to Canada.
• Items that come in bundles are delivered in multiple shipments, with a separate tracking email for each.
• The money back guarantee is 60 days, or 90 days on select products, and the applicable one is stated with your order.

Checking these points first avoids a code that fails at checkout or an order that cannot ship.

Why a Ninja Promo Code May Not Work

Most Ninja code problems show up as a message under the promo code field in the cart.

• "Invalid promo code entered" means the code is not active on sharkninja.com.
• "No eligible items" means the code is real but does not cover anything in your cart, so it only works on specific products.
• The email and SMS offer excludes listed models, including the Ninja Luxe Café Pro, Ninja AutoBarista and Ninja SLUSHi Max.
• Offer codes are good for one-time use and cannot be combined with any other coupon code.
• Coupon offers are not valid on prior purchases or on orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.

If a code fails, read the message under the field, then check the excluded models and your shipping address.

Ninja Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

If you are buying a Ninja appliance, start with the Sale & Offers pages and Bundle Savings, because a code is often limited to one item or to specific models and cannot be combined with another coupon. Sign up for email if you have not yet to get 10% off one item, check the offer details for excluded models before you count on it, keep the cart at $99 or more for free shipping, and judge the deal by the Estimated Total in the cart.
