Shipping, Returns and Cancelling Before You Order

Individual crates bought from the Store can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date if they are unused and undamaged, and the customer pays for return shipping. Subscription crates and crates bought with a bulk discount cannot be returned. A monthly subscription can be cancelled any time after the first month ships, and you need to cancel by 11:59 PM EST on the day before your billing date to avoid the next charge. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans cannot be cancelled mid-term, but their auto-renewal can be switched off.

If the cart shows "Coupon expired." or "Invalid coupon." under the code box, one of these reasons is usually behind it.

• The code belonged to a campaign that has ended, so the cart reports it as expired.
• The code was typed with a typo or extra space, or it never existed for KiwiCo.
• Another code is already applied. Only one code can be used per order.
• The code is meant for new subscriptions and you are trying it on Store items, or it only covers the first month of a monthly plan.
• The code is personal or single-use, such as a referral credit that has already been redeemed.
