Citizen Promo Code

Citizen Promo Code

Looking for a Citizen promo code? Citizenwatch.com gives new email and SMS subscribers a 10% off code for a first purchase, runs automatic markdowns on select watches, and offers an extra 15% off to healthcare workers, military members, first responders, teachers and students.

Before applying a code, check the exclusions. Citizen promotions usually leave out New Arrivals, Limited Editions and collections such as ATTESA, Series8 and The CITIZEN, and the special discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Every order ships free by UPS 2nd Day Air within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and orders over $850 need a signature on delivery. Citizen shipping options.

How to Compare Citizen Promo Codes and Sale Prices

At Citizen, the current markdown on a watch often matters more than a code.

• Check the product page for a reduced price, since the 20% off select watches promotion is applied automatically with no code.
• Compare the first-purchase 10% code with the markdown on the same model.
• If you qualify for the special discount, check that your watch is not in an excluded collection.
• Use the Total in the cart's Order Summary as the comparison point.

This shows which Citizen offer actually lowers the price of the watch you want.

What to Check Before a Citizen Order

A watch order has a few details worth confirming before checkout.

• Citizen does not ship to PO Boxes or APO and FPO military addresses.
• Complimentary bracelet sizing adds 1 to 2 business days of processing before shipping.
• If Citizen lowers the price within 14 days of shipment, you can request a price adjustment with a screenshot.
• Watches come with a 5-year limited warranty when bought from Citizen.

Checking these details helps the order arrive on time and at the best price.

How to Redeem a Citizen Promo Code

To redeem a Citizen promo code, follow the steps below.

① On the product page, tap "Add to Cart".

② Tap the bag icon at the top of the page to open your cart.

③ In your cart, check the automatic savings line under the watch, such as "Save 40% Off Select Watches".

④ Under "Have A Promo Code?", enter your code in the "Promo Code" field and tap "Apply".

⑤ Review the Order Summary, where shipping shows as FREE.

⑥ Confirm the Total and tap "Checkout".

Check the Total before checkout, because codes do not apply to excluded collections.

Why a Citizen Promo Code May Not Work

Most Citizen code problems come from exclusions and timing.

• The watch is a New Arrival, a Limited Edition or part of an excluded collection such as ATTESA, Series8 or The CITIZEN.
• The first-purchase code is being used on a second order or after it expired, and Citizen cannot extend expired codes.
• The code is being combined with a special discount, which cannot be combined with other offers.
• The code was meant for an authorized retailer or a Citizen store, while the subscriber code works only on citizenwatch.com.
• The watch is a preorder or out of stock.

If the code is declined, check the watch's current markdown, which may already be the better deal.

Citizen Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Citizen's automatic markdowns already reduce many watches, and the special discount adds 15% on top of them, which Citizen says brings a 20% off model to 32% off the list price. For a first order without a special discount, compare the 10% subscriber code with the markdown, and remember that shipping, returns and bracelet sizing are already free.
