Stanley Discount Code Ireland: Checkout Tips and Sale Prices

Stanley 1913, the drinkware brand behind the Quencher tumbler, serves Ireland through its European online shop, eu.stanley1913.com, where prices are in euro. A Stanley discount code goes into the "Discount code" field at checkout, and only one code can be used per order. Codes do not apply to Sale or Clearance items, and some products may be excluded.

Before you add a code, check whether the item is already reduced, as sale items are excluded. Stanley also emails news, new arrivals and offers to newsletter subscribers, which is handy if you want to hear about the next promotion.

Delivery is free on orders over €50. Below that, the delivery charge is worked out at checkout.

Stanley Discount Code or Sale Price: Which Saves More?

You cannot use a code on items that are already reduced, so work out which option is cheaper before you go to checkout.

• Start with the Sale section, where selected styles are reduced.
• Remember that a code will not work on Sale or Clearance items, and it is not taken off delivery or VAT.
• If your basket is just under €50, adding one more item can make delivery free.
• After you tap Apply, look at the Total in the Order summary rather than relying on the advertised discount.

The checkout Total, in euro and including VAT, is the figure to compare.

Before You Order from Stanley in Ireland

A few terms on Stanley's European shop affect delivery and returns.

• Stanley delivers to Ireland from its EU shop using standard tracked shipping only, so there is no express option.
• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days, and delivery to Ireland then takes 5 to 6 working days. You cannot change the shipping method once the order is placed.
• You can return items within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The refund is made minus any shipping fees, and customised products cannot be returned.
• You can check out as a guest and pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

Going through these points first saves you from a code that does not apply or a return you cannot make.

How to Redeem a Stanley Discount Code

Stanley takes discount codes on the checkout page, so follow the steps below to apply yours before you pay.

① On the product page, tap "Add to Cart".

② In the "Your cart" panel that opens, tap "Checkout".

③ On the checkout page, open the "Order summary". On mobile it sits at the top of the page, and on a computer it is on the right.

④ Enter your code in the "Discount code" field and tap "Apply".

⑤ Check that the Total has dropped before you tap "Pay now".

Why a Stanley Discount Code May Not Work

Most Stanley code problems come from the items in your cart rather than the code box.

• Discount codes do not apply to Sale or Clearance items, and they cannot be used against delivery or VAT.
• Selected products may be excluded from discounts even when they are not reduced.
• Only one discount code can be used per order, so you cannot combine two codes.
• A code also cannot be combined with other offers, so if a promotion is already in your basket, the code may be rejected.

If a code fails, remove any reduced items from your basket and try again with full-price items.

Getting the Best Price with a Stanley Discount Code

Check the Sale section before you go looking for a code, since a reduced price can beat a percentage code and codes do not apply to sale items anyway. For full-price tumblers and bottles, sign up to the Stanley newsletter to hear about offers, and build your basket past €50 so delivery is free.
