Macy's Promo Code

Macy's Promo Code

Looking for a Macy's promo code? Macy's may offer first-order or welcome promotions for new customers during selected campaigns. Offers can be distributed through account sign-up, email, app or other promotional channels, but the discount amount, eligibility and code requirements can change. Check the current verified Macy's offers and terms before ordering.

A Macy's first-order or welcome promotion can have customer, brand, category, product or sale-item restrictions under its specific campaign terms. Check the current eligibility and exclusions before using a code.

Macy's can run sitewide promotions, promo code events, account offers and member benefits. Whether a promo code applies to an already-discounted item depends on the specific offer terms. Macy's allows only one promo code per order, so compare that code with automatic offers and the final checkout total before ordering.

Why Your Macy's Promo Code Isn't Working

There are a few common reasons why a Macy's discount code might not go through at checkout.

• The Macy's coupon code has expired or the promotion has already ended
• Selected brands or items excluded from the Macy's discount
• Minimum purchase requirement not met
• The selected Macy's promotion may restrict use with another coupon code, sale price or account offer under its current terms

Macy's Promo Code and Delivery to the UAE

Before planning a Macy's order from the UAE, check whether the store currently ships internationally. Macy's has paused its international shipping service, and for now orders can only be placed with a U.S. billing address and a U.S. delivery address.

That means the checkout will not offer a UAE delivery option while the pause is in place, whatever code you have. Macy's says it intends to bring international shipping back, so check its About International Orders help page for the current status before you shop.

• International customers can get help on +1-800-289-6229.
• Products and promotions are still visible on the site, but the delivery and billing address rules decide whether you can complete an order.

How Macy's Promo Code Rules Apply to International Orders

When international shipping is available, international orders follow different rules from U.S. orders. Free Returns do not apply to international orders, and items bought for international shipping cannot be exchanged, so choose sizes carefully before you use a code.

International orders also cannot be returned to a Macy's store. Items shipped directly from a vendor follow the return instructions printed on their shipment invoice instead.

Macy's Promo Code Purchases and International Returns

For international orders, returns must be made within 180 days of purchase. You contact Macy's to find out where to send the return and how much will be refunded.

Refunds for international orders are paid by Macy's international partner, Borderfree, in the same currency and at the same exchange rate as your original payment. Shipping fees are not refunded when you return something because you changed your mind.

• International gift recipients can return gifts, with the refund credited to the purchaser's original payment method.
• Refunds are processed once the item is received, and it may take a few days for your bank to show the money.
• If you gave an email address, you will get an email once the return has been received and processed.
