Citizen Promo Code

Citizen Promo Code UAE

Looking for a Citizen promo code in the UAE? Citizenwatch.com gives new email and SMS subscribers a 10% off code on a first purchase, and it also marks down select watches automatically. Eligibility programmes for extra discounts differ by country, so check the Citizen site for what applies in the UAE.

Check the exclusions before you apply a code. Citizen promotions usually leave out New Arrivals, Limited Editions and collections such as ATTESA, Series8 and The CITIZEN, and special discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Shipping terms and delivery options vary by country, so check Citizen's shipping options for the UAE before you place an order.

How to Compare Citizen Promo Codes and Sale Prices

At Citizen, the current markdown on a watch often matters more than a code.

• Look at the product page for a reduced price: automatic sale pricing on select watches applies without any code.
• Then compare the 10% first-purchase Citizen discount code with the markdown on the same model.
• If you qualify for a special discount, make sure your watch is not in an excluded collection.
• Use the Total in the Order Summary in your cart as the point of comparison.

That figure shows which Citizen offer actually lowers the price of the watch you want.

What to Check Before a Citizen Order

A few details are worth confirming before you reach checkout.

• Citizen does not ship to PO Boxes or to APO and FPO military addresses.
• Complimentary bracelet sizing adds 2 to 3 business days of processing before the order ships.
• If Citizen lowers the price within 14 days of shipment, you can request a price adjustment by sending a screenshot.
• Watches bought from Citizen come with a 5-year limited warranty.

Confirming these points up front helps your order arrive on time and at the best price.

How to Redeem a Citizen Promo Code

To redeem a Citizen promo code, follow the steps below.

② Tap the bag icon at the top of the page to open your cart.

③ In your cart, look at the automatic savings line under the watch if it is on sale.

④ Under "Have A Promo Code?", enter your code in the "Promo Code" field and tap "Apply".

Why a Citizen Promo Code May Not Work

Most Citizen code problems come down to exclusions and timing.

• The watch is a New Arrival, a Limited Edition or part of an excluded collection such as ATTESA, Series8 or The CITIZEN.
• The first-purchase code is being used on a second order or after it has expired; for an expired code, Citizen asks you to contact customer service.
• The code is being combined with a special discount, which cannot be combined with other offers.
• The code was meant for an authorised retailer or a Citizen store, whereas the subscriber code works only on citizenwatch.com.
• The watch is a preorder or out of stock.

If the code is declined, check the watch's current markdown, which may already be the better deal.

Citizen Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Citizen's automatic markdowns already reduce many watches. For a first order, compare the 10% subscriber code with the current markdown on your chosen model and go with whichever gives the lower Total. Bracelet sizing and returns are covered by Citizen's standard terms, so factor those in too.
