What is Return Guarantee?
Return Guarantee is an optional add-on through XCover that allows you to return final sale items (currently bags only) within 7 days of delivery for any reason including change of mind, fit issues, or simply not liking the item. To claim, log into your XCover account, submit your return reason and photo, and receive a shipping label within 1-3 business days. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued as direct deposit to your bank account.
