• Ground shipping is the only option, and orders go out with FedEx or UPS.
• An order can be cancelled before it ships; refusing the package on delivery costs a 10% restocking fee.

• A model code was used on a different model, for example a UT5 Ultra X code on an NT5 scooter.
• The cart holds only accessories or parts, which the Black Friday codes do not target.
• The Black Friday codes run from November 1 to December 8, 2026, and the order is outside that window.
• The code was typed with a typo or an extra space.
• The code was entered on another NAVEE regional store instead of the US store.
