Crate & Barrel Promo Code

Crate & Barrel Promo Code

Crate & Barrel sells modern furniture, kitchenware, dinnerware, bedding and home decor, with Crate & Kids for children's rooms. A Crate & Barrel Promo Code is entered in your cart, in the "Apply a Promotion Code" field under the estimated order total. On the U.S. site the main savings come from the email sign-up offer of 10% off full-price items, the sale section and items marked "Ships Free".

Before you apply a code, check what is in your cart. Furniture, rugs and oversized items are not eligible for free shipping offers and may have extra shipping charges, and personalized items, custom or made-to-order furniture and final sale items cannot be returned.

Eligible items in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Crate & Barrel returns FAQ.

How to Compare Crate & Barrel Promo Codes and Sale Prices

Crate & Barrel savings come from the email sign-up offer, the sale section and free shipping on eligible items more than from public codes.

• Compare the sale price of an item with its full price, since the email sign-up offer covers full-price items.
• Check whether the item is marked "Ships Free", because free shipping applies only to those items.
• Add the delivery fee for furniture, rugs and oversized items to the price you compare.
• Compare the order total in your cart before and after you apply a code.

A lower price on a furniture piece can cost more once the delivery fee is added.

What to Check Before a Crate & Barrel Order

Check the delivery and return terms before you buy, especially for furniture.

• Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unused condition with proof of purchase.
• Personalized items, custom or made-to-order furniture, final sale items and store floor samples cannot be returned.
• Shipping fees are not refunded, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• For online returns by mail, the refund goes to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days after the return is received.

Gift registry purchases, except furniture, can be returned through 90 days from the event date.

Why a Crate & Barrel Promo Code May Not Work

A Crate & Barrel code can fail on a U.S. order for a few reasons.

• The email sign-up offer covers full-price items, and the item in your cart is on sale.
• The code was entered with spaces or dashes.
• The code has expired after the campaign ended.
• The code covers selected items only, and the item in your cart is not one of them.
• The code was issued for the Canadian Crate & Barrel website.

If a code fails, the sale section and items marked "Ships Free" may already give you the lowest price.

Crate & Barrel Promo Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start with the sale section and items marked "Ships Free", then plan furniture orders with the delivery fee included. For full-price pieces, sign up for emails to get 10% off full-price items, and keep the 30-day return window in mind, since personalized and made-to-order furniture cannot be sent back.
