How to Redeem COS Promo Code
To redeem a COS promo code, follow the steps below.

COS allows returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt through official online store and customer center. After 7 days but within 14 days, returns and exchanges can be facilitated via customer center.
Return Instructions
① Fill out return code on returns note and include in package
② Securely tape parcel in original packaging and apply pre-paid label
③ Attach pre-paid UPS label to the earlier delivery information to ensure a refund
④ Use www.ups.com to locate the nearest UPS Drop Box or UPS Store to drop off packages
⑤ Allow 3-7 business days for return processing once received. Refunds are granted following acceptance and confirmed via email
