The White Company Discount Code

The White Company Discount Code

The White Company is a British brand known for crisp bed linen, soft towels, signature candles and relaxed clothing, mostly in white and calm neutral shades. Prices sit at the premium end of the high street, so a working The White Company Discount Code can make a real difference on a new duvet set, a cashmere jumper or a stack of Egyptian cotton towels.

This page collects the codes and offers we can find for the UK site, with the strongest saving first. The brand runs regular Spend & Save events, where the discount grows with your basket, and it also sends sign-up and SMS offers to subscribers. Most promotional codes apply to full-priced items only, so it pays to read the conditions before you check out.

Orders on the UK site are priced in pounds sterling. Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 days and is free on orders over £60, while smaller orders cost £3.95.

The White Company Discount Code vs. Sale Prices

The White Company has two main ways to pay less: promotional codes on full-priced items and a dedicated Sale section with reduced prices across clothing, bedroom, home, bathroom and children's ranges. The official terms state that promotional codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on items that are already marked down, except during some specific promotional events.

That means a percentage code usually works best on new-season bedding, fragrance and core basics, while the Sale section is the better route for pieces that have already been reduced. Now and then the brand runs an extra-off event on sale prices with its own code, and those are the rare moments when the two savings combine.

• Spend & Save codes: a higher percentage once your full-price basket passes a set threshold
• The Club sign-up offer: 10% off everything, including sale, with a code sent by email
• SMS offer: 15% off full-priced items, excluding furniture, for text subscribers
• Sale section: reduced prices on selected lines, with occasional extra-off codes on top

If you only want one or two reduced items, compare the sale price with the full price minus your voucher code before deciding.

What to Check Before You Order

Delivery and returns are easy to plan once you know the rules. UK standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days and runs Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. It is free for orders over £60 and £3.95 below that. Furniture delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, with stocked items arriving in 3 to 4 weeks and made-to-order items in 3 to 12 weeks.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, as long as they are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Returns to a White Company store are free with your receipt or order confirmation email. For postal or courier returns, use the online returns tool with your order number and email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within around 10 working days of the return being received.

• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and other debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and gift cards
• Orders paid with PayPal cannot be returned in store, so use the returns tool instead
• Opened mattresses, toppers, protectors, duvets and pillows, plus personalised and made-to-order items, cannot be returned unless faulty
• If a return takes your order below a qualifying spend level, the offer value may be deducted from the refund

The Club, SMS Offers and the App

Joining The Club by email is the simplest way to get a discount on your first order. New members receive 10% off everything, including sale, and the 9-digit code arrives in the sign-up confirmation email. In store you can quote the 6-digit version or show the email on your phone. Each code is meant for the person who signed up, so it cannot be shared.

Text subscribers can receive a separate 15% off offer on full-priced items, excluding furniture. The White Company app for iOS lets you see new launches and offers first, scan products in store for reviews and availability, and check out quickly with saved payment details. Keep an eye out for The White Week, the brand's own take on Black Friday, when a sitewide voucher code is often the best deal of the year.

Why a The White Company Discount Code May Not Work

If the discount does not appear in your Bag, one of these reasons is usually the cause.

• Your Bag contains sale or marked-down items, and most promotional codes only cover full-priced products.
• The basket total is below the minimum spend, and only items eligible for discount count towards the threshold.
• The order includes furniture, beds, mattresses, upholstery, made-to-order pieces, gift cards or the gift box service, which are excluded from most codes.
• Another offer is already applied, and codes cannot be used together with other promotions.
• The code has passed its end date, or it was a personal sign-up or SMS code issued to someone else.
• You are using a code from another country version of the site, such as the US or EU store.

The White Company Discount Code & Sale-Item Strategy

Start by sorting your basket into full-priced items and sale items, because most codes only reduce the first group. For full-priced bedding, towels or fragrance, wait for a Spend & Save event and build your basket past the higher threshold to unlock the bigger percentage. If you are a new customer, the 10% Club code is useful for sale purchases because it also covers reduced items. Keep an eye on the brand's extra-off sale events and The White Week, when a voucher code can be stacked on already reduced prices. Finally, aim for at least £60 so standard UK delivery is free, and keep your receipt for easy returns in store.
