HUGO BOSS Discount Code

HUGO BOSS Discount Code

HUGO BOSS runs its own UK online store, and the offers there differ from other countries. The UK sale page currently says the sale has now ended, so there are no automatic sale reductions to compare against at the moment. The main HUGO BOSS discount code for UK shoppers right now is APP10, which gives HUGO BOSS XP members 10% off their next order placed in the HUGO BOSS App until 31 October 2026.

Outside of app offers and sale periods, the standing savings are practical ones: free standard shipping on orders over £79, free Click & Collect delivery to a store, and free returns using the label included with your parcel. HUGO BOSS XP members are also the first to hear about the Private Sale, which makes the free membership worth having before the next sale season.

HUGO BOSS App Discount Terms for UK Members

The APP10 offer has narrow conditions, so check each one before you rely on it.

• It is valid only for HUGO BOSS XP members who log in and place an order through the HUGO BOSS App between 9 October and 31 October 2026.
• The code APP10 is entered during checkout in the app, and it gives 10% off the purchase price of eligible products.
• It is available only for purchases made in the HUGO BOSS App and for deliveries in the UK.
• It applies to all BOSS and HUGO products except gift cards.
• It cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, voucher or discount, and it applies only to product prices, not to shipping costs.

Because the code works only in the app, it will not reduce an order placed on the website. If you prefer to shop on a computer, compare the app price after APP10 with the website total before you decide where to order.

HUGO BOSS UK Delivery Options and Costs

Delivery costs are easy to plan at HUGO BOSS UK, and they can decide whether a small order is worth placing with a code.

• Standard shipping is free on orders over £79.
• Below that, DPD Standard and UPS Standard cost £4.95, with delivery in approximately 1 to 3 business days.
• DPD Next Day costs £7.95 and delivers in 1 business day when you order Sunday to Friday before 2pm.
• Click & Collect gives you free standard shipping to your preferred HUGO BOSS store.

If your basket is under £79, Click & Collect is the simplest way to avoid a delivery charge. Note that the APP10 discount applies only to product prices, so it does not reduce the delivery charge.

HUGO BOSS Returns in the UK

HUGO BOSS UK offers a clear returns policy, which reduces the risk of ordering a size you have not tried.

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with the original labels attached.
• Returns are free when you follow the instructions on the return form and use the pre-printed return label included with the delivery. Items containing hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, such as Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, After Shave, deodorants and smartwatches, are excluded from free returns.
• Online purchases can be returned or exchanged in a BOSS or HUGO store, but not at outlets, department stores or other wholesale distributors.
• Additional charges for express shipping, customs and taxes are non-refundable.

Keep the return label from your parcel, since using it is what makes the return free.

HUGO BOSS XP, Payment Options and Gift Cards in the UK

A few account and payment details affect how you can save at HUGO BOSS UK.

• HUGO BOSS XP members are the first to know about the Private Sale and get early access to new collections.
• Payment options include PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, which offers options such as Pay Later and Slice it, and Clearpay, which lets you split a purchase into interest-free instalments where available.
• Digital gift cards are available with a value between £25 and £200.
• A voucher and a gift card can be combined on the same order. The voucher is entered in the shopping bag, while the gift card is used as a payment method during checkout.

If you have a gift card, you can still use a valid voucher on the same order.

Why a HUGO BOSS Discount Code May Not Work

HUGO BOSS code terms are strict, so a code can fail even when it is valid.

• An app-only code such as APP10 was entered on the website instead of in the HUGO BOSS App.
• You are not logged in as a HUGO BOSS XP member, or the order is not for delivery in the UK.
• The code has expired, for example after the end date of an app campaign.
• Your bag contains gift cards, which the app offer excludes.
• Another promotion, offer, voucher or discount is already applied, and the code cannot be combined with it.

If a code still does not apply, check its terms on the HUGO BOSS UK site and compare the price without it.
