HelloFresh Promo Code

HelloFresh Promo Code

HelloFresh UK savings come mainly from the welcome offer applied when you sign up. In October 2026, the offer on the HelloFresh UK website gave new customers 50% off the first box and 20% off each of the next four boxes, up to £108 off five boxes in total, plus a free add-on for 8 weeks and free delivery on the first order. The matching HelloFresh promo code is added automatically when you start from the official site.

The offer is for new customers and select cancelled customers, and it is limited to one voucher per customer and household. The five discounted boxes must be ordered within 6 weeks; if they are not, any remaining discount is lost. Surcharge recipes and add-ons are not covered by the percentage discount.

Current offer terms, delivery fees and subscription rules are explained in the HelloFresh UK FAQ.

How to Compare HelloFresh Promo Codes and Subscription Prices

HelloFresh has no sale section, so compare offers by what they save over the boxes you will actually order.

• The welcome offer front-loads the saving: 50% on the first box, then 20% on boxes two to five.
• Students get 10% off every box for 12 months through UNiDAYS, which suits a longer subscription.
• Key workers verified through GoCertify can get 55% off the first box and 20% off the next 7 boxes.
• Delivery is free on the first box under the current offer, and a standard delivery fee applies after that.

Compare the checkout total for the same plan size and recipe count before you choose an offer.

HelloFresh Delivery in the UK

HelloFresh delivers to mainland UK, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey (excluding Herm), Northern Ireland and some areas of the Scottish Highlands.

• Deliveries run seven days a week, with a standard time slot between 08:00 and 21:00.
• In some areas you can pay for a morning slot or a 2-hour slot.
• All customers pay a standard delivery fee, which HelloFresh's FAQ refers to as normally £4.99 per box.
• Customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man pay an additional fee.
• Under the current welcome offer, delivery is free with your first order.

If you live in one of the areas with an extra fee, factor it into your per-box cost when comparing offers.

HelloFresh Student and Key Worker Discounts

HelloFresh UK runs separate offers for students and key workers, both verified through third-party services linked from the official site.

• Students: through UNiDAYS, new customers who are students get 10% off every HelloFresh box for 12 months. The offer is for UK residents, including Jersey and Guernsey, but excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• Key workers: through GoCertify, key workers can get 55% off their first box, then 20% off the next 7 boxes.
• Student Beans is also linked from the HelloFresh site; the discount is shown after you verify.

These offers are an alternative to the standard welcome offer, so pick the one that saves more on the number of boxes you plan to order.

HelloFresh Refer a Friend

Existing customers can share a referral code from the Treat Friends tab in their account. The friend gets £20 off their first box, and the person who referred them gets £20 credit in their HelloFresh account. Referral codes are personal and are passed on by customers, not published as public codes.

What to Check Before a HelloFresh Order

Subscription rules decide how much a promo code is really worth.

• There are no lock-in terms or cancellation fees.
• You can skip deliveries up to four weeks at a time. Changes must be made by 11:59 PM five days before the delivery.
• HelloFresh does not offer one-off orders, so every offer starts a subscription.
• Payment is by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
• When you sign up, £1 is taken to authorise your payment details and refunded within 3 to 5 working days.

Put the skip deadline in your calendar so the welcome offer boxes arrive only in the weeks you want them.

Why a HelloFresh Promo Code May Not Work

Most failed codes come down to eligibility or the offer window.

• The welcome offer is only for new customers and select cancelled customers.
• A voucher has already been used by someone in your household, and the limit is one per customer and household.
• The five discounted boxes were not ordered within 6 weeks, so the remaining discount has lapsed.
• The discount does not cover surcharge recipes or add-ons.
• The code was entered in the wrong place; existing customers redeem through Gifts and offers.

Check the discounted total in the checkout summary before you pay.

HelloFresh Promo Code and Subscription Savings Strategy

For most new customers, the welcome offer gives the biggest saving, as long as all five discounted boxes are ordered within 6 weeks. Students who plan to stay subscribed for a year should compare it with the 10% UNiDAYS discount, and key workers with the GoCertify offer. Use the skip feature in the weeks you do not need a box, and remember that a standard delivery fee applies after the first box.
