Cotton On Discount Code

Cotton On Discount Code

A Cotton On discount code for the UK store usually comes from CottonOn & Co. Perks, the brand's free loyalty programme. New members who join receive a 20% off code by email for their first online order at cottonon.com/UK, and members then earn points that turn into £5 rewards.

Students can also save, as the UK site advertises a 20% student discount. Free standard delivery applies automatically once your order passes the threshold, so you do not need a Cotton On promo code for it.

Each of these offers works differently. The welcome code is personal and arrives by email, the student discount needs verification, and Perks rewards build up over time. Compare them against your bag total before you check out.

CottonOn & Co. Perks: Welcome Code and Rewards

CottonOn & Co. Perks is a free programme that rewards members across Cotton On's brands.

• Join for 20% off your first online order. New members receive the 20% off code via email.
• You earn 1 point for every £1 spent, and 50 points convert to a £5 reward.
• Points are not earned on sale items, donations or gift cards.
• Cotton On recommends joining via the app for the best Perks experience.
• Members are asked for their date of birth so Cotton On can send a birthday treat.

Because the welcome code is sent to your own email, it is a personal Cotton On Perks voucher rather than a public code. Join before you are ready to order so the email has arrived by the time you reach checkout.

Cotton On Student Discount in the UK

Cotton On's UK site promotes a student offer in its footer: "Student Discount: GET 20% OFF". The link leads to Cotton On's UNiDAYS page, where students verify their status to claim the discount.

• The student discount is 20% off, as shown on cottonon.com/UK.
• Verification runs through the UNiDAYS page linked from the UK site.
• Check the terms on that page for any exclusions before you shop.

If you are both a new Perks member and a student, compare the two 20% offers on the same bag and use the one that applies to the most items.

Cotton On UK Delivery Options

Cotton On's UK delivery options are set for addresses in the United Kingdom.

• Standard delivery costs £4, or is free for orders over £40. Order by 12pm Monday to Friday for delivery in 2-3 days.
• No promo code is needed for free shipping. It is applied automatically at checkout once your order passes the threshold before tax.
• The free shipping threshold is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
• Free shipping is a limited promotion and is not available for delivery outside the United Kingdom.
• Next Day delivery is available within the UK when you order by 12pm Monday to Friday.
• Click & Collect costs £2, or is free for orders over £25, with delivery to your chosen store within 4-5 business days.

Because the £40 threshold is measured after discounts, a 20% code can bring a £45 bag below it. Check the delivery line after applying your code.

Returns and Exchanges

Cotton On's UK return rules depend on whether an item was bought at full price or on sale.

• Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, and sale items within 14 days of purchase.
• Online orders, including Click & Collect, can be returned by post.
• Exchanges can only be made in store.
• Refunds are not available in store for payments made through third-party Buy Now Pay Later platforms.
• For online purchases, refunds do not include the cost of shipping, except where the policy provides otherwise.

If you buy sale items with a Cotton On discount code, keep the shorter 14-day window in mind.

Why a Cotton On Discount Code May Not Work

A Cotton On code can be rejected for reasons that have nothing to do with typing it correctly.

• The 20% welcome code is for new Perks members and their first online order only.
• The code was sent to a different email address or Perks account.
• Your welcome code has already been used on an earlier online order, as it covers the first online order only.
• Applying the discount brought your bag below £40, so free standard delivery no longer applies.

Check the bag total and delivery line again after the code is applied.
