Flannels Discount Code

Flannels Discount Code Overview

A Flannels discount code is worth checking against the price of the exact item you want. Compare the same size, colour and style, rather than a headline saving on a different product. A lower sale price can be better value than a code on a full-price item.

Before buying designer fashion

Check the designer’s size guide and keep the product reference for your comparison. Include delivery and any additional charges shown for your destination. For an expensive item, the cost of returning an unsuitable size also matters. A Flannels promo code is only useful if the final payable amount is lower.

How to use a Flannels discount code

1. Choose your item and size, then review your bag.
2. Enter the code in the promotional code box in your bag.
3. Apply the code and check the revised total before placing your order.

Why a Flannels Discount Code May Not Work

Read the terms attached to that offer. Check its end date, excluded products and any account requirements. Do not assume a Flannels promo code applies to every designer, or that a sale price and a code can be combined.

Delivery and returns

Do not assume a UK delivery promotion applies in Australia. The sections below cover delivery, import charges, returns and payment for Australian orders.

Flannels Discount Code and Delivery to Australia

Flannels ships designer orders from the UK to Australia, with delivery starting from £13.00. The exact charge depends on the size and weight of the parcel and is calculated at checkout, so add it to the discounted price before comparing with an Australian boutique.

International delivery takes between 3 and 21 days, not counting public and bank holidays. Not every product can leave the UK, so open the delivery options on the product page and confirm international shipping is listed before you apply a code.

• Flannels cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so use a street address or your workplace.
• Heavy orders can attract extra delivery charges, which are shown before you confirm.
• Orders may be split into several parcels at no extra cost.

Flannels Discount Code Orders and Australian Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the EU, including Australia, import duties and taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives. These are levied on delivery, you are responsible for paying them, and Flannels has no control over the amount.

Because the final landed cost can rise after the parcel lands, contact your local customs office before ordering a high-value item. Work out whether the saving from a promo code still leaves you ahead once delivery and any import charges are added.

Returning a Flannels Discount Code Order from Australia

You have 28 days to return an online order, and change-of-mind returns are at your own cost, from £4.99 per return. Start the return on the Flannels returns portal with your order number and email address, print the label and allow 14 days for the return to be processed.

Flannels does not exchange items, so for a different size you return the original and place a new order. Online orders cannot be returned to a Flannels store, and each order must be sent back in a separate parcel.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Items shipped by a brand partner follow their own return instructions, and you pay the return postage.

Paying for a Flannels Discount Code Order from Australia

Flannels accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Alipay, along with Flannels gift cards and eVouchers. Only the methods available for your order appear at checkout, and some brand partner items or pre-orders limit the options; pre-orders cannot be paid with PayPal.

A current promotional code from the website is entered in your bag, and a gift card or eVoucher can still be used on an order with a promo code. Any unspent gift card balance stays on the card for next time.
