Castlery Discount Code

Castlery Discount Code Australia

A Castlery discount code is worth tracking down: furniture is a significant outlay, and even a fixed amount off a large order adds up quickly. Castlery is a direct-to-consumer furniture brand with a range that covers modern sofas and sectionals, performance fabric pieces with removable covers, storage beds, solid wood dining tables, outdoor sets and home accessories. Most products are available online, and the brand also operates a showroom and offers a complimentary interior styling service.

Savings at Castlery typically come in three forms. The first is a spend-and-save event that automatically deducts a fixed amount once your subtotal hits a set threshold. The second is a typed code, such as a sitewide code from a Castlery banner or a creator code shared by home and design influencers, which generally takes a fixed dollar amount off orders above a minimum spend shown in the code terms. The third is The Castlery Club, the free rewards program that converts credits into vouchers for future orders.

This page covers how codes work alongside sale prices, what to know about delivery fees, returns and restocking fees before you place an order, how to enter a Castlery promo code in the cart, and what to do if the cart rejects it. Most codes carry a minimum spend, so a bit of planning around your order total makes a real difference for Australian shoppers.

Castlery Discount Code vs. Automatic Sale Savings

Castlery runs many of its biggest discounts as automatic tiered savings. During a spend-and-save event, the cart deducts a fixed amount at set thresholds, for example $120 off $1,500, $250 off $2,500, $550 off $4,500 and $850 off $7,000. No code is needed for this, and the official promotion terms state that this type of event can be used together with other discount codes or credit vouchers.

Typed codes follow stricter rules. The promotion terms state that codes apply only to the cost of products, not to shipping, Room of Choice or White Glove delivery, or extended warranty plans, and that they cannot be combined with other promotions or codes unless stated otherwise. The sales terms also note that only one promotional voucher can be used per order and that each code can be redeemed once. Clearance and Final Sale pieces are already marked down, so a code may add little or nothing on those items.

• Check the minimum spend first: most codes require a minimum subtotal before shipping, and the code terms or the cart will show the exact amount.
• During a tiered event, a typed code can sit on top of the automatic tier, so try both together.
• Furniture sets and Set Price bundles already cost less than buying each piece separately.
• Store credit vouchers from The Castlery Club count as a code, so you cannot use one alongside another code.

Always check the order total in the cart summary before you click Checkout.

Delivery, Returns and Payment Before You Order

Shipping fees are capped per order and depend on the item type and your postcode, so enter your postcode in the cart to see the exact fee. If items have different lead times, your order may arrive in several shipments from different delivery partners. Basic delivery goes to the main entrance on ground level, and free shipping is only offered during special sales events on selected products and locations. In selected postcodes you can add Room of Choice delivery, or White Glove delivery with unpacking, assembly and rubbish removal, for an extra fee per shipment. Deliveries generally run Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and PO boxes and parcel lockers are not supported.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and only items in as-new condition are accepted. A restocking fee of 20% applies for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro postcodes and 30% for all other postcodes, a 20% repackaging fee applies per item returned without its original packaging, and shipping and service fees are not refunded. Clearance, Final Sale, display and customised items, as well as mattresses, cannot be returned. Your refund is processed once the returned items reach the warehouse.

• Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal, and the store also offers Buy Now Pay Later options.
• You can change or cancel an order for free within 24 hours of the reminder that your shipment is ready to be processed. After that, a 20% restocking fee applies.
• A 14-day price protection policy gives store credits if an item you bought goes on clearance within 14 days of purchase.
• Every mattress comes with a 100-night trial, and damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

The Castlery Club, Rewards and Extra Perks

The Castlery Club is free, and every Castlery account is enrolled by default. You earn credits for qualifying actions, such as 30 credits for a published text review or 75 credits for a review with photos, and you can convert them into vouchers: 50 credits give $50 off a $1,000 order, 100 credits give $100 off $1,500, 200 credits give $200 off $2,000 and 300 credits give $300 off $2,800. Vouchers are valid for 30 days after you redeem them, and credits expire after one year of inactivity.

Larger orders earn more. The Spend and Be Rewarded program adds 150 credits to your account after an order of $2,000 or more has been delivered and its return window has closed, and this program can be used together with other codes. Members who have purchased before and add their birthday to their profile also receive a Birthday Reward by email during their birthday month.

There are a few other ways to save. Refer a Friend gives a first-time buyer a reward on an order over $1,000, new email subscribers receive a $50 off $1,000 welcome voucher for their first order, and free fabric swatches help you choose the right colour before you commit to a large piece.

How to Redeem a Castlery Discount Code

To redeem a Castlery discount code on the official Castlery store, follow the steps below.

② In the Cart summary, check your Items Subtotal and the estimated shipping for your postcode.

③ Click "Add coupon" to open the "Enter code" field.

④ Type or paste your code exactly as written and click "Apply".

Why a Castlery Discount Code May Not Work

If the cart shows an error message after you click Apply, one of these reasons is usually behind it.

• "Your order does not meet the coupon's minimum required amount. Add more items to use it." means the code is valid but your subtotal is too low.
• "This coupon code has expired." means the campaign has ended, which is common for weekend or sale-event codes.
• "The coupon code you entered is invalid. Please check it and try again." can mean a typo, a code from another country's store, or a personal code that belongs to someone else.
• Codes do not cover shipping, Room of Choice, White Glove or extended warranty fees, so those lines will not change.
• Another code or a store credit voucher is already applied, and only one code can be used per order.
• Vouchers cannot be used on Limited Edition Collection products, and Clearance items may already be at their lowest price.

Castlery Discount Code and Sale-Item Strategy

Start by building the room you need in the cart and check whether the subtotal reaches a spend-and-save tier, because that discount applies automatically. Then try a sitewide or creator code on top: tiered events can be combined with a typed code, and most codes need a minimum subtotal shown in their terms. Look at Set Price bundles and furniture sets, which often cost less than individual pieces, and group items into one shipment where possible, since shipping fees depend on item type and postcode. Measure your doors and stairways before you order, because the 20% to 30% restocking fee makes returns costly. After delivery, leave a photo review and save your Castlery Club credits for the next big purchase.
