Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DISPOT (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users, and other necessary matters related to the use of the discount code and coupon information service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

• "Service" means discount codes, coupons, promotion information, and related services provided by the Company.
• "User" means all users who receive the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• "Discount Code" means promotion codes, coupon codes, etc. provided by each merchant site.

These Terms and Conditions take effect for all users who wish to use the Service. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws when necessary, and the amended Terms and Conditions take effect by being announced through the service's notices.

The Company provides the following services:

• Provision of discount codes and coupon information
• Provision of promotion information
• Discount information search and categorization service
• All other services that the Company additionally develops or provides through partnership agreements, etc.

The Company may change the content of the Service and will announce it in advance when making changes.

The Company may suspend the provision of the Service in the following cases:

• When unavoidable due to maintenance or construction of service facilities
• When a telecommunications carrier stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act has stopped telecommunications services
• When there is a hindrance to service use due to national emergency, service facility failure, or service usage congestion
• When the Company deems it inappropriate to continue providing the Service due to other significant reasons

While the Company makes every effort to verify the validity of discount codes, discount codes may be changed or expired according to each merchant site's policy. If a discount code does not work, the Company is not responsible for it, and users should contact the relevant merchant site directly.

This Service may receive commissions through affiliate programs. If a user completes a purchase through an affiliate link, the Company may receive a commission from the relevant merchant. This is for the provision of the Service and does not incur additional costs for users.

The Company is not liable for damages caused by the following reasons:

• Guarantee of validity, accuracy, and completeness of discount codes
• Responsibility for users not obtaining or losing expected profits from using the Service
• Service usage障 impediments due to the user's fault
• When the Company cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters

Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes between the Company and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, or if there is no address, the place of residence. However, if the user's address or place of residence is unclear at the time of filing or for foreign residents, it shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial customs.
